Deep Drilling, Development & Stabilization of 200 mm dia mini Tube well (on EPC Mode) By ODEX Method at JNV Nardi Bala Akhnoor in District Jammu under Deposit

Shifting of machinery and other allied material making the approach road as per requirement at site, erection/placement of Rig Machine after leveling & erection of mast at site of work.

Deep drilling of 200 mm dia bore well by ODEX drilling method including lowering of 200 mm dia ERW casing pipe and providing fixing of casing drive shoe. (upto 140 mtrs. BGL) or till sufficient aquifer Zone/discharge is encountered excluding the cost of ERW M.S. casing pipe 200 mm dia.(to be paid as per actual)

Development of bore well/tube well by Air Compressor of adequate capacity till the clear potable water free from sand and other impurities is obtained.

Stabilization/Testing of mini tube well by way over pumping using vertical turbine/submersible pump set till the clear potable drinking water is achieved during the yield test.

Cost of M.S. Casing Pipe 200 mm dia.(to be paid as per actual)

Extraction of ERW 200mm dia. M.S casing pipe in case of dry/unsuccessful .(to be paid as per actual)

Providing, installation, testing and commissioning of electromechanical works for installation of submersible pump set along with allied works. Providing/fitting of G.I. Pipe 50 mm dia (Medium Class) 60.00 M to 80.00 M. Then cutting of G.I/ pipes of 6.00 M length in 03.00 M each. Then providing and fabrication of M.S. Flanges and welding the same on both sides of G.I. Pipes in proper alignment. Complete job including cost of G.I. Pipe, MS Flanges and other miscellaneous items and cost of carriage /transportation of material from workshop to the site of work. Complete Job. Providing, fitting, installation, testing and commissioning of Submersible pump set of parameters 2000-2500 GPH at a head of 80 M to 120 M as per IS Code: 8034 of 2012 with latest amendments of reputed Make. The job includes carriage of material to the site of work and lowering of submersible pump set in to the bore hole by way of coupling of flanged G.I. Riser Pipes with fixtures such as nuts, bolts & washers up to a depth of 60.00 M to 80.00 M (Approx.) and making of electrical connections with starter panel. Fabrication of well cap, tie rod along with G.I. bend, elbow for delivery of water. Complete job includes cost of material, labour, T&P and transportation charges. Complete Job. The job also includes laying of G.I. Pipe 50 mm dia (Medium Class) from delivery of tube well to the sump tank beneath ground level upto 1 feets. (app. 50 mtrs) Providing, fitting and installation of three phase submersible starter controller capable of protection of current related faults up to 30 Ampere and voltage related faults in sheet enclosure type of reputed make including fabrication of steel enclosure outdoor electrical cabinets with canopy for motor starter. Providing and laying of 06.00 sq. mm 3 Core submersible cable 100.00 M to 140.00 M & also providing and fitting of 3.5 -Core PVC insulated armoured aluminium cable 120.00 sq. mm- 30.00 M to 40.00 M (Approx as per site conditions) as service line required from LT Pole to starter panel of reputed make.
