A) Erection Part +Supply Part

Supply, Laying, jointing, Testing & commissioning LT cables,1sqmm 6c 1100 volts, PVC insulated & heavy duty cu conductors, ISI marked, having terminal lugs, Laid in LT panel to transformer. Complete all as specified & directed.

Integration, Testing and Commissiong of Software/Server alongwith Hardware, Software complete of ISO 9001: 2015 certified 'Energy Monitoring System with all parameter required to make energy parmaeter of Breaker complete all as specified and as directed as detailed herein below:

Supply, testing, commissioning & validation of Networking Component and integration with field devises & server with the following :

Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) along with Digital Input Modules (DI) 14 Nos, Digital Output (DO) Moules 10 Nos . This includes installation in complete respects as pers pecifications mentioned below :- (a) Processor 32 bit ,(b) On Board Memory Integrated non-volatile memory capacity not less than 1 MB ,(c) Time Synchronization Simple Network time Protocol ( SNTP) (d) Internal Watchdog ,(e) Reset Switch ,(f) Clock Internal RTC ,(g) Redundant Powr Supply with diode Oring , (h) Diagnostic LEDs ,(i) Firmware upgrades through network (j) Web-Browser ,(k) Input/output as per required ,(l) Communication Ports 1 x Modbus RS485 ( ≤ 19 200 bit/s ),and 1 x Modbus TCP/IP (10/100 MBit/s). Communication ports should be optically isolated It shall be possible to increase the number of communication Ports in the RTU/PLC by addition of cards, if required in future. RTU connection to Sever with Industrial grade Local Area Netwok with Ethernet switch 24/16 ports (10/100 Base TX).

M&L for Cat 6 Cable LAN U/UTP 2x4P 50m length all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
