Providing and laying dense graded bitumenous macadam with 100-120 tonnes per hour batch type Hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 MT per hour using crushed agregated of specified grading-l premixed with 60/70 (VG30) bitumenous binder @ 4.25% by weight of total mix and filler @ 2% by weight of total mix, transporting the hot mix material to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory (8-10 tonnes) roller for initial brake down rolling, finish rolling by smooth wheeled tondom roller (8-10 tonnes) to achieve the desired compaction, including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as per clause 507 Grade-II (19 mm nominal size) of MORT & H specification sand as per direction of the Engineer in charge (A.R.)
