Valid Super Grade Electrical Contractors License of Bidder issued by the Govt. of Karnataka

Certificate of Incorporation of the Individual or any relevant document in respect of Partnership/Proprietorship firms as per the tender document.

The bidder should have valid GST registration with GSTIN number, PAN Card.

Audited financial statements including Balance sheets, Profit and Loss statements, Turnover Certificate, Auditors Reports of the last five years preceding the date of bid submission of the Bidder.

Documentary proof for Clause No: 3.6 of ITT: Assessed available tender capacity such as, Maximum value of works executed (KPTCL & Non-KPTCL) in any one year during the last five years taking into account the completed as well as works in progress and i. The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent OR The statements showing the value of existing commitments and on-going works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be verified and certified by Chartered Accountant/Cost Auditor. However, the Bidder has to upload the PO/Work Award copies for existing commitments and on-going works as sought in Note of the said clause in the prescribed format as in clause No: 1.5 of Qualification Information.

Self-declaration as sought in Clause No. 3.6 Note (ii) of ITT by the Bidder stating that the information with regard to assessed available tender capacity (Works on Hand) furnished are correct

Document for showing Liquid Assets and/or availability of credit facilities up to 25% of amount put to tender as per ITT 3.3(b) in Anx XVIII shall be furnished.

Self-declarations of Bidder in respect of Litigation, dis-qualification due to non-performance, Risk & cost clause

Upload all relevant documents as per Section-2 & 3 Eligibility, Qualifying information, NIT, Terms & conditions as stipulated in the Tender Document

Copies of original documents defining the Constitution or Legal Status, place of Registration and Principal place of Business of the Bidder, written Power of Attorney to the Signatory of the Bid to commit the Bidder to the Contract along with the resolution passed in this regard by the Board of Directors / all the Partners of the Firm.
