SH-I ANNUAL OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF E & M INSTALLATIONS

Job contract for Maintenance & operation of 11 KV substation,DG sets and other Internal and External Electrical Installations (detailed in Inventory ) of Terminal Building, Car Park, Approach Roads, AC Plant etc. on all days including Sundays and holidays in three shifts etc. complete as required.

Job contract for Maintenance & operation of 11 KV substation,DG sets and other Internal and External Electrical Installations (detailed in Inventory list ) at MSSR etc. on all days including Sundays and holidays in three shifts etc. complete as required.

Job contract for Maintenance & operation of DG sets and other Internal and External Electrical Installations (detailed in Inventory list ) at NDB and AAI Colony etc. on all days including Sundays and holidays in three shifts etc. complete as required.

Job contract for providing multifunction office operator without reliever in sigle shift for Terminal Management / CNS Office etc.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance ( Half yearly Preventive and unlimited breakdown visits) contract of Essae Teraoka Make Electronic Weighing machine ( model : SI 810/ DS-451 etc.) installed with weighing conveyors including all spares and stamping by the statutory authority and calibration etc. complete as required. It is to be carried out Through Manufacturer as per OEM standard.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance ( Half yearly Preventive and unlimited breakdown visits) contract of Essae Teraoka Make Electronic Weighing machine ( model : DS 215 HD/200KG etc.) all spares and stamping by the statutory authority and calibration etc. complete as required. It is to be carried out Through Manufacturer as per OEM standard.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance ( Half yearly Preventive maintenance and unlimited breakdown visits ) contract of Numeric make 1 KVA UPS including all spares/accessories but excluding batterries etc. complete as required. It is to be carried out Through Manufacturer or its authorized service dealer.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance ( Half yearly Preventive maintenance and unlimited breakdown visits ) contract of Numeric make 2 KVA UPS including all spares/accessories but excluding batterries etc. complete as required. It is to be carried out Through Manufacturer or its authorized service dealer.

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance ( Half yearly Preventive maintenance and unlimited breakdown visits ) contract of Numeric make 10 KVA UPS including all spares/accessories but excluding batterries etc. complete as required. It is to be carried out Through Manufacturer or its authorized dealer.

SH-II DSR Items will be executed as and when required

Execution of any item of Delhi Schedule of Rates ( E&M) -2018 ( Guidance : if the quoted rate is Rs. 0.90 for this item, quoted amount shall be Rs. 90000/- for executing DSR-2018 items of amount Rs.100000/- OR if the quoted rate is Rs. 1.25 for this item, quoted amount shall be 125000/- for executing DSR-2018 items of amount Rs.100000/- ( please note that 10.04% will be deducted from DSR Rate to work out the rate without GST) (for Eg: if Rs.100000/- is executed amount for DSR item then after removing GST [100000* (10.04/100)] the base amount will be = Rs.89960/- for calculation purpose for determining L1. GST as per actual will be paid during billing)

Supply of Ama make, 5 KV grade 50 Hz, series type isolating transformers, encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded with neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connections as per IS and Technical Specification etc. complete as required. 200 W 6.6A/6.6A

Supply of Ama make 5 KV grade 50 Hz, series type isolating transformers, encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded with neoprene type rubber with primary and secondary connections as per IS and Technical Specification etc. complete as required. 150 W 6.6A/6.6A

SH-IV MISCELLANEOUS WORKS

Supplying and installtion of following steel support structure,anchor bolts with nuts & washers,painting for support structure and exsting exhaust piping, insulation and aluminium clading for existing exhaust piping and silencers of 2 Nos x 750 KVA Sterling DG sets as per attached drawing and technical specifications etc as required.( The height/length of the existing exhaust pipe is approx 12 mtr from DG enclosure with 3 nos silencers for each DG set and dia of existing exhaust pipe approx 250 to 400 mm dia ).

Steel support structure for existing exhaust piping of 2 Nos x 750 KVA DG sets

M 20 Anchor Bolt with washers for existing exhaust piping of 2 Nos x 750 KVA DG sets

Painting for support steel structure,existing exhaust piping and silencers of 2 Nos x 750 KVA DG sets

Supplying and installation of glass wool/rock wool insulation and aluminium cladding for existing exhaust piping and silencers of 2 Nos x 750 KVA DG sets

Providing of Desktop Computers 19.5 inch monitor , 4 GB RAM, with Windows -7 ( professional) and MS Office, Antivirus, Laserjet printer cum scanner cum copier, UPS, Computer table and refilling / replacement of cartridges etc. and maintining in workling condition etc. Complete as required on returnable basis on completion of the contract. The System shall be not less than 1 year old and with all valid licenses. ( Make : Dell, Lenovo, IBM, HP, Canon, APC, iball, numeric, Asus)
