Taking down old existing water proofing treatment from the top of RCC/ arch slab including demolition of existing PCC padding or plaster and hacking the top of RCC slab and cleaned the roof surface with water and removing rubbish to a distance up to 50 m or out side MD Land complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L 10 mm thick plaster in one layer in CM (1:3) over concrete roof padding, cement mortar mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions laid when concrete is still green and finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement complete. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured & Paid separately under item No 4 of this schedule as supply only.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate , as in roof padding (approx avg 30 mm thick ) etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only water proofing compound complete.

M&L for cleaning the roof surface (padding) from dust/dirt and provide water proofing treatment using APP modified polymeric membrane complete with as per following operations and all as specified in particular specifications. (i) Prepairing cleaned and dry concrete surface. (ii) Appling bituminous based primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.3 Kg per Sqm over plaster. (iii) Laying APP modified polymeric membrane and bonded to the sub-strata by heat process, over laps shall be sealed/ fused by flame torch as per manufacturer's instructions. (iv) Appling bituminous based aluminum paint @ 0.2 Kg per Sqm in two coats over APP modified polymeric membrane complete all as specified & as directed. Note:- (i) Water proofing treatment shall be carried out through authorized applicators. (ii) The work shall be strictly as per manufacturer’s instructions.

Any descripency between cat part No and description of item, Cat aprt No of fitting shall prevail. (ii) Light fitting of other make of higher capacity may be used without any price adjustment. (iii) Quoted rate shall deem to be included cost of earth work, making concrete foundation, nut bolts, clamps etc. and all electric connections.

Supply and fixing LED Post top lantern light fitting 40 W energy saving heavy duty IP 65 protection with lumen per watt not less than 100 including GI pipe light grade in suitable size grouting in brick wall to be fix light fittings using nut bolts clamps and making all electric connection using three core flexible copper cable of suitable size drawn through in flexible conduit pipe including taking down of old light fitting complete. Note:- (i) Make:- Bajaj cat No BGCL 40W LED WH or Crompton cat part No LPTO-40-CDL or equivalent model of make Phillips/ Wipro/ Surya/ Syska/ Havells. Any descripency between cat part No and description of item, Cat aprt No of fitting shall prevail. (ii) Light fitting of other make of higher capacity may be used without any price adjustment.

Supply, laid in trench/ floor/ plinth fix with surface of wall/ pole, connecting testing, thimbling and gland using suitable size aluminum conductor to XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty aluminium conductor cable 1100 Volt grade cross-sectional area 4 core x 6 Sqmm (earthed) complete with other required site work & as directed.

Note :- (i) Credit shown in credit schedule of tender document shall be considered by the tenderer while quoting the rates of various items. The same shall be recovered from various payment to contractor before handing over old material. The contract amount shall be arrived at after deduction of Schedule of Credit from the total quoted amount in BOQ.
