Charges for carrying out Routine/Breakdown maintenance, cleaning works in SAC & IAC compressors and its accessories, Dryers and its connected pipe lines and valves, Receiver tank and its connected pipe lines and valves in turbine areas and also attending minor defects in SAC & IAC compressors. Including cost of consumables and T & P's.

Overhauling of 150 NB/150 class in Compressor outlet line, Air receiver tank inlet line and outlet valve line gate valve in compressor room.(dismantling the valves, cleaning all parts, checking the seating surfaces, Lapping the gate/seat/disc for perfect blue matching. Reassembling the valve with new gland packing rings and bonnet gaskets without any leak). Including cost of consumables and T & P's.

Charges for Cleaning of suction air filter renewal of lub oil, Replacement of cooling water flexible hoses, and damaged pipe lines, insulation of HP Air outlet header etc, and assisting for commissioning of compressor. (Replacement of 4000,8000,16000 hrs kit in Instrument Air Compressor, Service Air Compressor) Dismantling of inter cooler, after cooler drain valve from its posistion, Dismantling of and oil filter from its posistion, O ring in inter and after cooler lines, Dismantling of HP balance piston diaphragm in HP element, Cleaning and assembeling the inter cooler and after cooler drain port, Replacement of new oil filter and air filter. Including cost of consumables and T & P's.

Charges for attending the Compressor air discharge line defective NRV valve in compressor room. Including cost of consumables and T & P's.

Charges for dismantling, cleaning of Oil Cooler tubes and reassembling in Air Compressor. (Drain the existing compressor working oil from the compressor. Dismantling of oil cooler from its posistion, Cleaning and backwashing the oil cooler, Inspect the tube elements and refitting the Oil cooler and its lines to compressor and fill the cooler oil in the compressor). Including cost of consumables and T & P's.
