Providing and applying Smartcare Dampproof, a fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on horizontal/vertical surfaces of roof/wall/chajjas in multiple coats @2.0 litre/sqm. Primary coat is self-priming coat of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1, damp proof : water) and other coats to be applied undiluted. (4) Guarantee: The contractor shall furnish a written guarantee for the effectiveness of the water proofing treatment for a period of Eight years in favour of the GE. A sum equivalent to 2.5% (Two point Five Percent) of the cost of water proofing treatment shall be retained by the Govt from the contractor’s dues as security deposit. The contractor may, however, furnish a fixed deposit receipt in lieu from a Schedule bank pledged in favour of Garrison Engineer.

Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm center to form 1200x600mm modules cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independently. 600x600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross Tee centrally between the 1200mm cross tee. Tee, Perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GS sheet of size 19x19mm and 300mm long of white colour all as per manufacture instruction including taking down the existing false ceiling of any type with frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Galvanised mild steel wire cloth 0.63mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.4mm and fixed to doors and widows with necessary 12mm iron flats with welding and including dismantling of old wire cloth complete all as specified and directed. (Rates are inclusive of welding and supply of flats including reqd nutbolts wherever required)

S & F 3mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with wooden beading not exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane all as specified and directed including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden or steel frame glazed with putty or fixed with beads.

M & L for brick work in CM 1:6 using Sub class "B" bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6mmean radius including demolition of existing brick/block masonry built in cement mortar complete all as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in bays & surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving near 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete.

M & L for form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor, slabs landings and stair and similar work not exc. 20 cm thick flat rough to receive plaster all as specified and directed.

M & L for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20 cm wide and sides of RCC/ PCC bands in walls, horizontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20cm wide complete.

M & L for mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length,bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC (1:1.5:3) Nominal Mix using 20mm graded agg as in slabs, supported on walls, landings, balconies and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down aluminium door, window and ventilator shutter with frame upto 4 Sqm each and re-fixing in same peing after necessary minor repair to lock, door closer any type (floor/door), Handle, tower bolts and securing glass beads with new one complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Any new item other than glass bead, if required shall be measured and paid separately.)
