Taking down shutters of any description exc 1.0 Sqm but not exceeding 2.0 Sqm each and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully old steel rolling shutters of size exc 5 Sqm but not exc 10 Sqm each, manual/gear operative type , denting of various parts, cleaning of guide rails, laths, top cover by kerosene and proper greasing , oiling to make the system smooth/easy funtional , including supply and fixing of unserviceable ball bearings, springs and new nuts & bolts of existing size whichever required and by removing old/rusted nuts and bolts , necessary welding wherever required, as directed, giving proper tension to the spring and refixing the shutter and gear box in the same opening after repair work carried out complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down door and refixing shutters after making necessary repair of any description exc 1.0 Sqm nut not exc 2.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 thick , 2nd class hard wood, plain framed, panelled shutters (any Nos of panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP Commercial ply as spfd in particular specifications or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both sides faces. The size of rail and styles shall be as per SSR, Kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treatedcomplete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC drain pipe in any dia including all fitting complete all as specified and directed.

S&F glazed coloured ceramic tiles 300x200x 6 to 7mm thick as in vertical surface such as skirting, dado, etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles incl 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes etc of capacity exc 250 Ltr but n.exc.500 Ltrs complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item above but capacity exc 1000 Ltr but not exceeding 2000 Ltr capacity

Dismantaling PVC water tanks exc 1000 Litre capacity but not exc 2000 Ltr capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2000 Ltr capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical verticalwith closed top) hoistedand fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 450mm complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully Precast RCC cover slab of septic tank excavating and taking out sludge including foul water in a closed container by mechanical process or manual process transporting to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 500 m and depositing the same in excavated earthen pit of suffiecent size and depth in any type of soil within the defence land, where directed to a distance exc 250m and n.exc. 500m returning, filling in earth into excavated pit after every disposal of sludge cleaning inspection pit, sludge chember inlet and outlet pipe cleaning MS rungs etc complete for septic tank capacity from 25 user to 500 users cleaning the septic tank with fresh water complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully the cover slab of each manhole of depth from 1.0 metre to 2.00 metre and removing the sludge by mechanical process or manual process transporting to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 500 m and depositing the same in excavated earthen pit of sufficient size and depth of any type of soil within the defence land, where directed including returning, filling of earth in excavated pit after every disposal of sludge etc. and cleaning with fresh water, placing the cover slab in position complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning/removal of blockage from Nahani trap, floor trap, gully trap, IWC, EWC including CI or/ UPVC pipe or any other type of pipe including its junction to out side of wall complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out carefully the cover slab of gulley traps of any size and shape ,depth and clearing the blockage by removing the sludge/any material to a distance exc. 250m and n.exc. 500m and cleaning with fresh water placing the cover slab / Grating in position complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage sewage line manually and then with fresh water of pipe 100 mm dia / 150 mm dia or above in between man holes and passing rubber ball of suitable size through line to ensure all blockage perfectly clear to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in flooring, paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete (mirror face) as in flooring/steps treads/slabs over and including 15mm screed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
