Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring on batten/ PVC conduit (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc, including removal and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc by cement/colour/plaster to match with the existing location spot complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down existing old/ unserviceable sub main wiring along with fitting/fixtures existing of any type and description, removal of teak wood batten/ PVC pipe/ PVC casing & caping and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, ceilings etc by cement/colour/plaster to match with the existing location spot complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring concealed type with 1.50sqmm PVC FRLS insulated, unsheathed, single core, multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade including 1.5sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn in and including rigid PVC conduit of suitable size but not less than 20mm dia with its accessories, sunken type pressed steel terminal box made of 1.2mm thick MS sheet/ anodised steel box painted with one coat of red oxide primer including 3.0mm thick ISI marked plastic laminated sheet cover for fixing switches/ socket/regulators etc including cutting chases in wall as per standard engineering practice & making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing for the one light/ fan/street/bell point controlled by 1 one way switch 5/6 Amps complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No-3 here in before but one light point controlled by two nos 2 way switches complete all as specified & directed.

NOTE-For item no 3 to 8-: (i)The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in brick walls/pillers etc for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface.The portion of point wiring at RCC Coloumns/Beams/Ceilings etc shall be in surface conduit of suitable size fixed on surface with using PVC rawl plug and provision of covering terminal boxes/junction boxes of any shape and size with 3 mm thick bakelight laminated sheet fixed with suitable GI screws and cup washers. (ii) Fittings like switches,sockets,regulators,lamp holders,light foittings shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of schedule A. (iii)The size of conduits shall be determined on permissible no of runs of wires as specified in SSR part-I clause 19.125 (B).However minimum size of conduit shall be 20 mm dia (medium grade)
