Cost of concreting for all types of tower foundation including the cost of cement, dewatering, shoring and shuttering, forming curing but excluding cost of reinforcement bars.

Cost of Reinforcement bars in RCC foundation including cost of steel reinforcement bars with cutting, bending, placing, binding etc.

Erection of Superstructure of 132 KV DA, DB, DC Towers and Anchor tower and their extensions wherever required including all work above ground level excluding hoisting of insulators, hardware & accessories , but including fitting of danger number, phase plates, bird guard and fixing & punching.

Tack welding of all the bolts up to the height of one section of the tower or 5 meter from ground level whichever is higher with three tacks at 1200 seperation of minimum 10 mm thickness with 10 mm/ 12 mm electrode & application of Zinc rich Aluminium paint on the affected surface including cost of all material including tack welding of River Crossing toweer & Anchor towers.

Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, jointing etc of ACSR 'PANTHER' conductor including hoisting of insulators, fitting of all necessary hardware and accessories i.e. fitting Armour rods, vibration dampers etc on all six phases of 132 KV DC lines.

Laying, stringing, tensioning, clamping, joining etc of OPGW and OFAC, termination at S/S ,end to end connectivity and testing etc on 132 KV line.

Grounding work including earth work etc for pipe type grounding including cost of coke & salt.

Design of 132 KV DC Mono Poles & Embedded type monopoles with extension nuts, bolts, washers & ladders etc. and its foundations(design of poles & its foundations duly approved from any of the Govt. approved test lab i.e. CPRI/IIT Mumbai, Delhi, Roorkee. The final diameter of all the monopoles should be less than 2000mm so as to fit the monopoles on the divider of Road. a- PB (2-20 degree) (Approximate height of Bottom X- arm 21 Mtr.) b- PD (60-90 degree) (Approximate height of Bottom X- arm 21 Mtr) with extra cross arms for cable termintion. c- PD (20-50 degree) (Approximate height of Bottom X- arm 21 Mtr.) d- PC (15-30 degree) (Approximate height of Bottom X- arm 27 Mtr.) e- PD (0-20 degree) (Approximate height of Bottom X- arm 36 Mtr.)for Railway Over Bridge Crossing.

Dismantling of Dividers/ pedestral area at locations for the work & making good after completion of work.

Shifting of Soil from work site to under construction substation premises for filling land with the help of Tractor/loading vehicle.(Note: Carraige from one evacution site to under construction substation premises is one job.)
