Comprehensive periodic maintenance and repair including commisssioning and renewal/replacement of defective parts of all existing fire protection system complete consisting of main fire control panel,smoke/heat detector/response indicator, MCPs to make 100% serviceability, including checking of fire detector, cleaning of detector by removing dust or dirt, cleaning of heavy greasy deposit if any, checking the connection of batteries, specific gravity of electrolyte, the alarm function of control and indicating equipment be checked by the operation of trigger device in each zone of the system installed in all 6 buildings including reprogramming with software if required every month during first or last week by authorized Technical Engineer of OEM i.e. M/S Simcon Electrical & Automation(schrack-seconet) to keep the system fully functional for 24 x 7 complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Cost of new components shall be paid separately under relevant item of Schedule 'A' here after. (ii) Contractor's representative will visit minimum once in a month to every panel and take serviceability certificate duly signed by the users. This certificate is to be submitted along with each RAR for payment. Additional visit as and when required will not be paid as extra.

Dismantling of multisensor and servicing of all multisensor detector with heat and smoke combination photoelectric as per exact locations with the help of manufacturer's instructions and testing for exact fault locations including cleaning through air blower then reinstalling complete for existing L & T Electrical & Automation(schrack-seconet ) fire alarm system in all 6 Buildings every six month for minimum qty 200 Nos multisensor complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing in repair battery 12 V 7 Ah SMF complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Exide/Amaron/TATA Green

Supply and installation, testing & commissioning of main control panel of fire alarm system, single loop microprocessor based intelligent panel with EN54 of capacity from 99 detectors & 99 modules upto 200 detectors and modules having inbuilt fire relay, fault relay, power supply unit with suitable battery alongwith all connected accessories including takeng out old unserviceable panel complete all as speicified and directed. Supply and fixing in repair combined scattered light smoke and temperature detector programmed to detect either smoke or heat, or both depending on the type of system having sensitivity in accordance with existing fire alarm system of L & T Electrical & Automation (schrack-seconet EN 54 Cat part No-MTD 533X) including taking down existing unservicable detectors complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and fixing in repair of electronically addressable intelligent resettable type Manual Call Point with mounting base complying with EN 54 standard and LPCB approved with the specifications as appended below complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. :- a)Power- 24V, ≤ 0.6 mA (Standby Current) ≤1.8mA (Alarm Current) b) Class A c) Initiating Mode- Pressing the action plate manually Resuming Mode-Manually Resumed by a special Key. d) Ingress Protection IP-24 & Material-ABS for existing L & T Electrical & Automation(schrack-seconet) fire alarm system. Supply and fixing in repair of fire alarm sounder/sirens electronic type horizontal single stage continous normal operation for atleast 50 minutes with sound level 65 db to 120 db measured at 1.5 m with sound output variation of + 5db 500 m range for L & T Electrical & Automation(schrack-seconet) fire alarm system complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Make : Kheraj / ATIS / L&T Electrical and Automation / Bosch Security Systems / Godrej Security Solutions / Honeywell / MINILEC.

Supplying and fixing sub main wiring with 2 single core FRLS cable with multistranded 1100 volts grade copper conductor 1.5 sqmm size and drawing through & including 20 mm dia medium grade conceled or surface steel conduit including taking out old unserviceable conduit and sub main complete all as specified and directed.
