Special limited tender for Colour washing the connecting corridor and passage of fourth floor and kerb wall painting from Administrative Office to Gate No.7 in EE (C) CD II division

1)Dismantling and removing the existing damaged GI/PVC/ Hi tech water line with all fixtures/ fittings without damaging the nearby structures, collecting and handing over the serviceable materials to the departmental stores / RSD yard within a lead of 4 km and depositing the rubbish within a lead of 50m, all as directed at site including all labour, tools, equipment, scaffolding, transport, fuel, etc., complete.

2)Providing and fixing best quality white approved quality vitreous wash hand basin of 530 mm x 440 mm size, or nearest size as available in the market (Parryware or Hindware) with a single 15 mm chromium plated brass pillar tap, chromium plated brass chain with rubber plug, chromium plated waste fitting of approved standard pattern, 32 mm dia chromium plated brass unions, 15 mm dia PVC inlet connection , 32 mm dia PVC waste pipe fittings, a pair of cast iron brackets as available in market suitable for fixing the wash hand basin including painting the brackets etc., with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer, fixing the brackets to walls with teak wood plug with brass screws and making good the disturbed portions etc., all in sound working condition and as directed at site of work including all labour, tools, equipments, materials, etc., complete.

3)Preparing the surfaces of existing internal walls and applying two coats of velvette touch emulsion of ICI dulux paints or equivalent of approved shade to give an unique soft, sheen,colour and velvetty finish all as per manufacturer's specification and as directed at site including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete.

4)Preparing the surfaces of existing Gypsum board false ceiling and ceiling area and applying one coat of plastic emulsion paint (Asian (ROYAL) or Berger or Nerolac) to give an even shade and finish all as directed at site including all materials, labour, scaffoldings, brushes, tools, equipments etc., complete.

5)Preparing the surfaces of existing walls and applying cement based wall care putty of average thickness 1mm (JK, Birla or equivalent) of approved quality to give an even smooth finish all as per specification and as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, tackles, equipments, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete

6)Providing and fixing good quality coloured / white polyester fabric (washable) vertical blinds (100mm wide) with anodized aliminium top rails, wheels in poly carbonate runners for smooth movement and self adjustable unbreakable Teflon spacers, trouble free control unit, bottom chain, fitting chain galvanised steel bottom weight, abord weight including all accessories etc. all as per specification and as directed at site including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding etc. complete.

7) Providing and fixing Colour anodized aluminium sections for Shutter Frames of sliding type windows with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of Conforming to I.S , Anodized according to IS 1868 (minimum anodized coating of Grade AC 15) including supplying and fixing necessary accessories like metal screws, Handles, locking arrangements etc., all as per specification and as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, scaffolding, transport, fuel, etc., complete. Note : Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust-free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required.

8)Supplying and fixing in postiion 5mm thick plain glass (Saint Gobain or Modiguard or equivalent) for windows as specified and as directed with accessories like rubber beading, etc. all as per relevant specification and as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, scaffolding, equipment, transport, fuel etc. complete. NOTE: 1. The actual area of glass used alone will be measured for payment purpose. 2. The rate shall include the cost of rubber beading, etc.,

9)Preparing the surfaces of existing walls and applying one coat of ACE Exterior emulsion paint (Asian Berger or Nerolac brand) of superior approved quality and to give an even shade and finish including all materials, labour, scaffoldings, brushes, tools, equipments etc., complete.

10)Preparing the surfaces of existing internal walls and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint (Asian Berger or Nerolac brand) of superior approved quality to give an even shade and finish including all materials, labour, scaffoldings, brushes, tools, equipments etc., complete.

11)Preparing the surfaces of existing walls /kerb walls and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Asian or other approved brands) of approved quality to give an even shade and finish all as directed at site including all materials, labour, scaffoldings, brushes, tools, equipments, etc., complete. a) wall

12)Preparing the surfaces of existing steel members and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Asian or other approved brands) of approved quality to give an even shade and finish, all as directed at site including all materials, labour, scaffoldings, brushes, tools, equipments, etc., complete. NOTE: 1. Necessary painting co-efficient shall be allowed as per Ch.P.T. engineering manual. 2. The above quantity is inclusive of painting co-efficient.

13)Providing and fixing approved quality of PW new Magnum urinal combo set whtie of (Parry ware or Hindware or equivalent) with PVC telescopic plus pipe with clamp, suitable for fixing urinal to match with existing pattern including with teak wood plug with screws and making good the disturbed portions all as directed at site including all labour, materials, tools, tackles, equipments etc., complete.

14)Supplying, laying and linking to correct gradient and alignment good quality 20 mm dia unplasticised PVC pipes (ASTM D 1785) pressure pipe of make Trubore / Varun / Supreme / Finolex as per IS , for water lines with all required accessories G.I specials like tees, bends, couplings, elbows, reducers, unions etc. along the walls, floors etc., for water.supply including punching and cutting the walls, floors etc., wherever required and making good the disturbed portions, jointing the pipes including fixing the pipes on walls with PVC clamps and teak wood plugs all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, equipments, etc. complete.

15)Supplying and fixing CP brass angle cock 15mm dia (Metro brand or equivalent approved brands) fittings in bath rooms, toilets, etc, all as directed at site including all materials, labour, screws, Plugs, tools, equipments, etc., complete

16)Supplying and fixing good quality GM gate valve/Ball valve 20mm dia or to suit the site condition to the water lines for bath rooms, toilets all as directed at site including all materials, labour, screws, Plugs, tools, equipments, etc., complete

17) Supplying and fixing of good quality wash basin inlet connection hose (to suit the site condition) of approved make etc., all in sound working condition, and all as directed at site including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete.

18) Supplying and fixing of good quality urinal outlet hose 450mm (to suit the site condition) of approved make etc., all in sound working condition, and all as directed at site including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete.

19) Supplying and fixing of Aluminium butt hinges 150mm long for doors with necessary screws, etc., all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc. complete

20) Supplying and fixing of brass butt hinges 150mm long for doors with necessary screws, etc., all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc. complete

21) Preparing the surfaces of existing floor and applying with two coats of floor coat emulsion Paint wherever required of approved colour to give an even shade and finish all as directed at site of work including all labour, materials, tools, equipment's, brushes, etc. complete.

22) Preparing the existing wooden surfaces of doors and polishing (Melamine mat finish) with superior quality natural wood finish polish applied over sealer coat and filler to give a neat and elegant appearance all as directed at site including all materials, labour, tools, equipments, etc., complete. Note:1) Necessary painting co-efficients shall be allowed as per ChPT Civil Engineering manual. 2) The above quantity is inclusive of painting co-efficients.

23)Preparing the existing RR Masonry compound wall surfaces and applying one coat of Water Proof Cement Paint (SUPER CEM) of approved colour to give an even shade all as directed at site of work including all labour, scaffolding, materials, tools, equipment's, brushes, etc. complete.

24)Preparing the existing surfaces of ceiling and applying two coat of white wash using lovelycem or equivalent to give an even shade all as directed at site of work including all materials, labour, brushes, tools, scaffolding etc., complete.

25) Loading, transporting, dumping and levelling the debris etc., in the low lying areas nearer to the site of work within a lead of 4 Kms all as per relevant specifications and as directed including all labour, transport, tools, equipments, fuel, etc., complete. Note 1) No deduction of voids for debris. 2) The tenderer shall maintain trip sheets in triplicate in trust's approved format at his own cost.
