M & L for 15mm thick rendering on other than fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement , complete all as directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:3, finished even and smooth without using extra cement.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of Cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 350 x 250x 7 mm/ 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat in Cement mortar 1 : 3 on brick or concrete surfaces, complete all as directed.

M & L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes , complete all as directed.

M&L Light Shade Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes , complete all as directed.

S&F non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectengular) area of each tiles exceed.06 sqm but not exc. 0 .1 1 sqm , in floors etc etc , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or Coloured cement to match over incl screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6.

Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces 300 x 200x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for backing of Dado/ Skirting.

S & F Chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm by 20 cm by 25 mm thick, with grey cement and no pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and incl screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius built in CM 1:6 etc, complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from frame) area exc 1.50 Sqm but n .exc 2.00 sqm each and removal from site.

Taking down shutters of any description exc 1 sq. m and not exc 1.5 sq. m each and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frames).

S&F in repair of 1st quality Vitreous China wash basin, white, flat back, size 580x450 mm, wall bracket, waste pipe of suitable size etc complete all as specified.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. (Laid bedded and pointed in any mortar) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 16 to 18mm thick granite of any type (table rubbed & polished) in floor, window cills, etc and like in CM (1:4), pointing in white cement (1:2) ,using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15mm thick for laying of floor finishes in CM 1:6, rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Chromium plated shower rose 80 mm size with or without swivel joints, any size, including fixing to steel pipe or union.

S&F in repairs aluminium anodised/powder coated sliding window comprising of sliding runner of three way of overall section 95x35x1.5 mm thickness, sliding shutter having frame of hollow aluminium section size 42 mm x 20 mm x 1.5 mm thickness consisting of three sliding shutter having two shutter with 5.5 mm thick plain sheet glass and other one shutter with galvanised stainless steel wire cloth 0.46 mm nominal dia and average width of aperature 1.18 mm fixed with rubber and aluminium beading including down push type locking arrrangement in glass shutter , fixed with rawl plug including taking down existing window and match the area complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Sheet glass Plain/frosted/ACP sheet shall be measured & paid separately).

S&F in repair powder coated aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips,aluminium grills, rubber packing, powder coated aluminium snap beading screws etc complete all as specified and as directed. (Sheet glass Plain/frosted/ACP sheet shall be measured & paid separately).

S&F in repair 100mm bore cast iron (sand cast pipe) soil waste and vent pipe with cement joints laid in trenches or floor all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 75mm bore cast iron (sand cast pipe) soil waste and vent pipe with cement joints laid in trenches or floor all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair 75 mm dia., Cast Iron Spun Bends (any Radius) with oval access door, diminishing pieces or tapers.

M & L for Cast floor trap of 75 mm outlet plain with grating including jointing to waste pipe in run lead fixed in cement mortar.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floor , apron etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing rubbish off permises all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of Grade H-35 complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling brick tiles single layer on roofs.

Demolition of mud/mud phuska in roofs any thickness, including plastering and leaping if any and clearing the roof surfaces with wire brushes.

M & L cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregates as in roof padding.

M&L for 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on 15mm thick cement mortar (1:6) and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3.

All as per items No 76 above but except brick tiles (serviceable brick tiles obtained from dismantling/ demolition be reused).

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, Priming roof surfaces and applying water proofing treatment over roofs comprising of the following complete all as specified & as directed:- (a) Applying oil bound bituminous primer at the rate of 0.4 Ltrs/Sqm as per IS 3384-1986 on prepared surfaces. Surface shall be kept free till the moment, the primer is impregnated and the solvent oil in primer is evaporated. (b) Applying one coat of hot straight run bitumen @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm of grade 30/40 confirming to IS-73 (Grade S-35). (c) Laying 3mm thick APP polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt, with a thermo fusible finish, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75mm at sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer all as per manufacturer's instruction including preparation of surface. (d) Applying one coat of hot straight run bitumen grade 30/40 (Grade S-35) conforming to IS-73 @ 1.20 kg/Sqm. Make: "Moply FP" manufactured by STP Texsa Ltd or Hyper Plas (Polyester) manufactured by M/S IWL Ltd or "Shaliplas"ter) manufactured by M/S Capital Steels and Chemical Pvt Ltd or Makpolyplast manufactured by M/S M K Patro as approved by GE. Note :- The water proofing treatment shall be got carried out by the manufacturer or their authorised applicators. The contractor shall give 10 years guarantee for effectivenss of water proofing treatment, 2.5% of work done amount of this item shall be retained from contractors payment for a period of 10 years reckoned from date of physical completion of this work, or inlieu contractor may deposit bank FDR for the said amount for 10 years which shall be released by GE on expiry of satisfactory completion of 10 years period.

M & for Plain Cement Concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) in roof kerbs, mud stops or chamfered on edges.
