Repair/ maintenance and servicing of DG set capacity 400/320 KVA comprising diesel engine, AMF panel and micro processor based control panel and taking down the unserviceable spares / parts required for the periodical service / maintenance of 400/320 KVA DG Set 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire 50HZ. Draining out the old engine oil, filling of new engine oil, top up of coolant, changing of all filter elements, cleaning and washing the oil sump with kerosene oil to make it free from dust and unwanted particle. Cleaning of radiator thoroughly with soda ash powder, top up of coolant, greasing and lubricating all mobile parts and making it fully functional and testing the same on full load in the presence of Engineer - in - Charge. Note : (a) Spares parts required for replacement like Air filter, Oil filter, engine oil, coolant etc. shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule. (b) Contractor should attend breakdown of any type with in the period of contract inclusive of all Sundays and holidays.
