Outsourcing of electrical services to attend the complaints of LT panel, GO switches, 4 pole structure, transformers, VCBs, RMUs, Compact substation etc in complete MAP Ph-I area by employing one electrician and one helper in each shift of 08 hrs, round the clock for 24 hrs, for attending electrical complaints of no light/ low voltage due to any type of fault of underground LT/ HT lines, LT panels etc and making the complete electrical system functional, at MAP Ph-I area including keeping the installations of MAP Ph-I neat and clean complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing of electrical services to attend the complaints of LT panel, GO switches, 4 pole structure, transformers, VCBs, RMUs, Compact substation etc in complete MAP Ph-II area by employing one electrician and one helper in each shift of 08 hrs, round the clock for 24 hrs, for attending electrical complaints of no light/ low voltage due to any type of fault of underground LT/ HT lines, LT panels etc and making the complete electrical system functional, at MAP Ph-II area including keeping the installations of MAP Ph-II neat and clean complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing of electrical services to attend the complaints of overhead lines, LT panel, GO switches, 4 pole structure, transformers, VCBs, RMUs, Compact substation etc in Cantt Area under GE (East) Jalandhar Cantt by employing two helper assist with MES Electrician in each shift of 08 hrs, round the clock for 24 hrs, for attending electrical complaints of no light/ low voltage due to any type of fault of overhead/ underground LT/ HT lines, LT panels etc under Feeder No. 1, 2, Ascon and MH Essential Feeder, Feeder No. 3 & 4 and Corps Essential Feeder and making the complete electrical system functional complete all as specified and directed. Note : MES Electrician will deploy by department as per shift

Outsourcing of meter reading services of East of Mall road area by employing One Meter Reader in each shift of 08 hrs (general shift), from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs for taking meter reading from electric meter installed at Offrs/ JCOs/ OR Md accn and OTM accn and maintaining record and preparation of details for billing complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No. 1 to 4:- (i) Qualification for tradesman i.e. Electrician shall be ITI with minimum 2 years experience in respective trade and qualification of Helper shall be matriculation with minimum 2 years experience in respective trade. (ii) Contractor will provide all electric tools, plate, ladder, safety tools and quoted rates shall be deemed to include for the same (iii) Contractor will employ electricians & helpers per shift round the clock during all working days including holidays and Sundays in three shifts. Shift timing shall be 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs (Morning shift), 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs (Evening shift) and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs (Night Shift) as applicable to respective item or as fixed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iv) The complaints given shall be attended within one hour of receipt of complaint. Complaints upto 2200 hrs shall be attended and cleared on same day. (v) The contractor shall maintain necessary documents such as attendance register or any other record as directed by Engineer-in-Charge or as specified in the particular specifications and stationary shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

(vi) The contractor shall maintain general cleanliness in and around the installation by dusting/ cutting of grass/ shrubs/ cleaning of debris and the quoted rates shall be deemed to be included for the same. (vii) Payment to the staff employed by the contractor for the above work shall be paid as per minimum wages rates and contractor shall submit a certificate every month to the department in this reference. (viii) Contractor shall be liable to pay penalty as under:- (a) In case of absence from duty for electrician @ Rs. 500/- per shift and for helper @ 300/- per shift. (b) In case of without uniform for electrician and Helper Rs. 200/- (Each) per shift. (ix) Complaint shall be noted and distributed to contractor by the department. (x) Cost of minor repair/ maintenance like tightening nut bolts, alignment of GOD/ Jaw blades etc and all other work required to make the electric line functional shall be included in quoted rates. (xi) Vehicle for attending complaint shall be provided by department.

Supply and fix fuse wire copper tinned 18 SWG complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix fuse wire copper tinned 20 SWG complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix fuse wire copper tinned 22 SWG complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing aluminium thimbles suitable for 240 Sqmm to 400 Sqmm UG cable, crimping and connecting with MCCB complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing aluminium thimbles suitable for 100 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm UG cable, crimping and connecting with MCCB complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix aluminium conductor steel reinforced for replacement of burned jumper on poles complete all as specified and directed. Note: For payment purpose weight of ACSR conductor only shall be considered.
