REPAIRS TO CHAIN LINK FENCING, ORNAMENTAL FENCING, BARBED WIRE, POSTS, RR PILLARS, GRILLS AT ARAKKONAM

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section including embeded portion in concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for precast reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in fencing posts or terminal posts struts etc., with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred tops complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to TMT bars complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.03 here-in-before but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups.

Supply and fix for mild steel flat iron fills for securing wire mesh etc., including all necessary drilling, bolting or reverting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.05 here-in-before but except material.

Supply and fix for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends fitted with washers and hexagonal exc 10cm and not exc 15cm long and dia of shank of 11 to 15mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) Part- I quality-A complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh type of standard rails straining bolts etc., including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Chain link mesh shall be supplied and measured under relevant item of schedule.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing not exc 4 Kg/ sqm weight of any size and any type complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repairs galvanised iron, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straightening bolts including securing of tying at crossings with and pran of galavanished mild steel wire complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cutting the bushes, weed, trees and stems of trees including cutting down trees up to 30cm girth and disposal of rubbish material to a distance not exc 50m from site and clear for access the compound /grill fencing, wall (1m both side of compound) for compound grill/ fencing repair etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, etc., including dressed stone work complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D2 1:4:8, (Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.16 here-in-before but except stone.

Racking out joints/ pointing to square rubble masonary uncoursed or coursed brought up to course work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for flush pointing to square rubble masonry brought upto courses in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping including necessary form work etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forgeted into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.22 here-in-before but except material.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming including preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description exc 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
