Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleearing of road surface and spraying primer using mechanical means (a) on WBM/WMM surface @ 0.70 - 1.00 kg/sqm as per clause 502 of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways specifications for Road and Bridge works(Fifth Revesion)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminoius/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom. (iii) On granular surface pre treated with priming coat @ 0.25-0.30 kg/sqm

Providing and laying and rolling of open-graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or cutback or emulsion to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable Plant and rolling with smooth wheeled rollers 8-10 tonne capacity, and finishing to required level and grade.
