PERIODICAL MAINTENANCE AND ESSENTIAL REPAIRS TO FIRE ALARAM PANEL SMOKE DETECTOR MCP HOOTER AND OTHER CONNDECTED ITEMS AT NAD EXPLOSIVE AND NON EXPLOSIVE AREA AND OFFICER MD ACCN NOFRA AT NAVAL STATION KARANJA

M&L for periodical maintenance of fire alarm system by attending fault, testing of system, periodical checking of system. chaking MCP,Hooter, smockdetector and connecting all items including testing on monthly basis in presence of users representative, etc including attending system fault on emergency, preventive maintenance by replacing minor spares parts as per reqiurment for smoothly function of fire alarm system installed at Armoury store room bldg-441 at INS Tunir complete as per existing conventional / addressable type make,type Zone & loop etc main control panel comprising of the following complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) 8 to 12 Zone main control panel with zone card battery charger and 230 V power unit. (b) Ionisation type smoke detector, heat detector, response indicator, manual call point and hooters etc. (c) All cable connections from main control panel to items (d) Lead acid battery any capacity (e) Electric Hooter NOTE:- (i) Cost of Minor spare parts replaced other than as given in BOQ hereinafter shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) Testing kit (Solo Smoke and heat detector kit) will be provided by the contractor for testing of system and report will be submitted to the Engineer in charge.
