Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) any description in any position removing rubbish off the premises, all as specified.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

M & L for formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses, etc; vertical or batter for rough finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in full brick thick walls, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for half brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C 1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, including provision of joints and filling the same with bitumen mastic complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast cement concrete, 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:4, as in landings, cover slabs chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain face including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for deformed or TMT 8 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild Steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar works confirming to Fe-290 Gde- E-165 including a shop coat red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.
