Job Work:- Dismantling and installation of 600 mm NRV, 600 mm MS pipe gap piece & 600 mm sluice valve from the existing system on delivery side after dismantling the dismantle joint by cutting old rusted nut bolts of all flanges with the help of gas cutter & manual labour i/c taking out all i.e.600 mm NRV, 600 mm sluice valve & 600 mm M.S. gap piece from the line and shifted them to the working plateform by using HOT crane & manual labour by complying all safety measures to avoid any accident at site. the job includes dismantling all the items one by one and respectively shifting them to working plate form.
Cartage of 600 mm dia NRV and accessories required i/c loading and unloading charges on both ends.
Scraping of old packing sheet from all the flanges with the help of scrappers and emery papers by using manual labour. Testing the valve on no load and full load.
