Earth work excavation in hard stiff clay/stiff black cotton soil with initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m for foundation in trenches including cost of all T&P, etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing foundation with PCC 1:4:8 using 40mm HBG metal including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Supplying and filling with Stone dust including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, spreading charges, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Brick wall in CM 1:5 mix using fly ash bricks/country bricks including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing, etc., Complete.

Plastering in CM 1:5 mix 12 mm thick including cost of all material labour, curing, lead, lift, etc., complete.

Supplying and paving with 63 mm thick cement concrete blocks interlocking pavers of approved quality using vibro compaction process well compacted by plate compaction with a joint width of 2 mm to 5 mm including filling all joints with river sand compacting to the paved surface and trimming the edges neatly including cost of all materials, lead, lift, transportation of the paver blocks to the site, etc., complete.

Providing, fixing in position of 16mm tk fine fissured RH 99 (600x600mm) board (Amstrong with GI one side powder coated Tee and wall angle section (Saint Gobain) and supporting the false ceiling using 6mm Ms rods with required hold fast at 0.60m intervals. The rate includes the cost of materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete.
