10 cm thick (average) mud phaska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25 mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa @ 35 kg per cum of earth and gobri leaping with mix 1: 1 (1 clay : 1 cow dung) and covered with flat tile bricks, grouted with cement mortar 1: 3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and finished neat: With common burnt clay non-modular brick tile of class designation 10 (HSR 9.11.1)

Pointing on tile brick work with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): Flush/ Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing (HSR 11.26.1 )

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (HSR 11.60)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: Water thinnable cement primer (HSR 11.67.1)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/1 O sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) (HSR 11.95.1)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works (HSR 13.29.2)

Providing and fixing at all height University name in English letters made of 3 mm thick acrylic words of required height (30 units) with LED light including cost of electric wires, connectors, tape, nuts, bolts etc. complete in all respect as directed by Enginer-in-charge. (NS)
