ANNEXURE 1 - SCOPE OF THE JOB

DESCRIPTION QTY

Supply and installation of ACP Sign Boards- ACP Sheet, Retro Radium

Reflective white and blue sticker (3M brand)

Installation with Board Designing, Board Fitting (Iron Pipe Board),Sticker

cutting and pasting

 Supply of Sign boards in various cut sizes of 5ft/2ft , 5ft/2ft, 4ft/2ft etc according

to requirement.

 Total sqft area of Boards requirement is 500 sqft.

 Supply of Retro Radium reflective Stickers (3M brand), cutting and pasting over

the boards according to requirement.

 The writing design requirements will be shared accordingly.

 Board Designing

 Board fitting, hanging with Iron Pipe support frames (to prevent bending) under

 Material should reach office within 7 days of placement of order.

 Any damaged material would be returned back and proper replacement has to

 Scope includes supply of quantity as per issued Purchase Order quantity.

 It is not necessary for BPCL to purchase all the tender quantity.

 Scope includes courier charges also.

 No extra cost for courier charges would be entertained.

Terms of Conditions:

 The tenderer should supply the items to BPCL Hyderabad LPG plant with the required

documents and certificates and hence the rates should include material, packaging and

transportation costs.

 No extra payment will be made other than rate quoted in the tender

 BPCL will not pay any amount towards other taxes, fees and the successful tenderer will

have to adhere to all Govt. rules & regulations etc.

 On failing to supply material within 7 days of placing order, LD would be applicable @1%

of order value for each day of delay

 Order will be placed through mail by BPCL to your registered mail id and the delivery

should be done within 7 days of placing the order

 Material should be enclosed with standard test certificates as applicable

 No deviation from laid down material specifications shall be allowed. If the material

doesn’t conform to the specifications cited, payment will not be made for the same. The

contractor shall on his own cost uplift the material on the same day of intimation of non-

acceptance of material supplied. In case of non-conformities BPCL resumes the right to

procure the material from other/next L2 vendor & cost for procurement of the same shall

be debited to L1 vendor

 Delivery should be done through a logistics where there is door delivery available

 Payment will be cleared as per supply quantity within 30 days of receipt of material

 The contractor must ensure each and every activity mentioned in the SCOPE OF JOB is

followed during execution of the subject job.

 Payments will be made after receipt of material only. No advance payments will be
