M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:3 Mixed with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of master seal 550 of Sika/pedelite/Dr Fixit/Asian equivalent to prevent leakage/ seepage through sunken floor over prepared surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 mix using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, completed all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing , removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete as directed.

M&L non skid ceramic coloured digital tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.09 sqm but not exceeding 0.16 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new surfaces of steel and iron of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described, and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed. Note for Item No 1 to 115 : -(a) The contractor shall be employee adequate numbers of of skilled tradesman/labour for timely completion of the complaint as per time frame given below :- (i) Priority-I : Complaints pertains to major water leaks, air locks, flushing cistern will be attended on priority-I and the same will be completed within 4 to 8 hrs. (ii) Priority-II : Compaints pertains to minor water leaks, re-glazing of door and windows, easing of joinery will be attended on priority-II and the same to be completed within 48 hrs. (iii) Priority-III : Compaints pertains to water proofing of roof, repair of sunken slab, minor plaster work, re-flooring, replacement of joinery minor etc will be attended on priority-III and the same to be completed within one week. (iv) Priority-IV : Major plastering, reflooring, plinth ptotections, brick work etc will be attended on priority-IV and the same to be completed within one month. (v) Contractor or his supervisor shall collect the complaint/job card from JE concerned between 0900 hrs to 1000 hrs on all working days and deposited the same after completion of job duly signed by user/occupants.(vi) Summary of complaints will prepared by the contractor and put up to Engineer-in-Charge last date of every month. (vii) If contractor shall not attend the complaint as per time frame given in Para (i) to (iv), Rs 500/- per complaint will be recovered from the RAR/Final bill.
