Operation & Maintenance of 33 KV Sub-station, i.e. DG Sets (2x500 KVA, 1x62.5 KVA, 1x35KVA, 1x15KVA DG Set), HT/LT/AMF/Street Lights, Capacitor Panel round the clock including maintenance of all electrical connections, cables, DC connections & upkeep the full system as per list (Annexure-Ia) in working conditions as per direction of Engineer-in-charge so as to ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity. (As per STC (Attachment-II)

Consumable materials, such as all indicating lamps, small fuse up to rating of 16 amp, distilled (L.S.) water, acid, grease, petroleum jelly PVC insulating tapes and old dhotis, etc. and tools as per the list (Annexure-Ib) required for proper upkeep of the Sub-station, DG Sets and Street Lights.

Transformer Oil testing as per schedule (Scope of work as per Annex.Id, Schedule-E, Sr. No.1)

Dehydration & filtration of transformer Oil 2000 Ltrs. (Scope of work as per Annex.Id, Schedule-E, Sr. No.1)

33KV,50Hz,Siemens make overhauling & servicing of Vacuum circuit breaker from OEM Authorised service provider (Scope of work as per Annex.Id, Schedule-E, Sr. No.2)

415V,50 Hz, EE GEC Alsthom make overhauling & servicing of Air circuit breaker from OEM Authorised service provider(Scope of work as per Annex.Id, Schedule-E, Sr. No.3)

Laying of cable 2/3/4x2.5mm2 to 4x50 mm2, armored cable underground along with supply of requisite pipe, M.s. angle, channel, tray etc & civil material required as per relevant IS (Scope of work as per Annex.Id, Schedule-E, Sr. No.4)

Laying of cable size 2/3/3.5 x70 to 400mm2 armored cable over & above the ground along with supply of requisite pipe, M.s. angle, channel, tray etc & civil material required as per relevant IS (Scope of work as per Annex.Id, Schedule-E, Sr. No.5)

Removal of damaged old cable size 3/4x2.5mm2 to 4x400 mm2 armored from the underground & again fill the level & again put up into its original position (Scope of work as per Annex.Id, Schedule-E, Sr. No.6)

Supply Installation & Fabrication testing, commissioning of 10’*2” GI pipe/Chemical type new Earth pit along with its associated materials & to hook up with the existing earth pit ,earthing grid system with tested results as per relevant IS (complete in all respect) (Scope of work as per Annex.Id, Schedule-E, Sr. No.7)

Digging of existing electrical cable and rectification of cable fault and again put up in service to its original position jobs includes civil works (Scope of work as per Annex.Id, Schedule-E, Sr. No.8)

Replacement of street Light pole junction box along with cable, 8 SWG earth wire glanding, connection, termination of cables & earthing for pole & terminal box. (Scope of work as per Annex.Id, Schedule-E, Sr. No.9)

Painting of street Light pole tubular type swaged type Crompton Greaves type height up to 7.5 Mtr. long with junction box ( supply of all material & Paint shall be in the bidder scope) (Scope of work as per Annex.Id, Schedule-E, Sr. No.10)

Replacement of Faulty 33KV XLPE Cable Joint (120mm2 to 185 mm2 ) terminal end side /Straight Joint & their connection along with pull /digging out the cable , dressing up of cable and put them back into service condition. (NFL shall provide only cable jointing Kit).

Supply of junction Boxes of Syntex make (SMC) junction boxes along with clamps for 4”&2” pole (2 Nos.) with associated hardware’s as per following specifications: Size: 250x200x105 (mm) with one MCB of 6amp Siemens/C&S/L&T/ Legrads & six terminals suitable for. 2/3/4 core x25mm2 Aluminum PVC armoured cable gland entry at bottom of box (2 for incoming, 2 for outgoing 2 for further extension & 3 way bottom entry (Suitable for HPSV/HPMV/MH based Street Light poles system for industrial applications)

Manpower rate/day (skilled technician- 8 hrs duty)

Rewinding of ceiling fan 230V, 1400 mm sweep & Ex. Fan up to 450mm including bearing/ bush/shaft replacement (material is in party scope)

Removal & Replacement of Lighting distribution board with New one. (Scope of work as per Annex.Id, Schedule-E, Sr. No.18)
