(xii) RTCC and AV shall be suitable for automatic voltage regulation with master follower scheme with tap position indicator as per tap indication in the OLTC mechanism, RTCC shall also be provided with control gear in respect of fan ON/OFF indication, auto and manual control switch AC supply on and tap changer in progress indication lamp tap struck indication and alarm. (xiii) The erection of the transformer shall be done under the Supervision of manufacturer’s authorized representative. Certificate in this regard shall be submitted by the contractor duly signed by authorized representative of manufacturer and Engineer-in-charge/GE.

NOTES FOR SERIAL ITEM NOS 7.02, 7.03 & 7.04 :- (i) Panel manufacturer shall have in house powder coating plant with minimum 8 tanks pretreatment of MS sheet facilities, dust free spray paint booth. (8 tanks pretreatment process includes : degreasing / water rinsing /de-rusting / water rinsing/ activation / phosphating / water rinsing /passivation). (ii) Thickness of powder coating shall not be less than 80 microns and test certificate for powder coating shall be furnished along with LT panel. (iii) Pre dispatch inspection shall be carried out by the authorized representative of Accepting Officer. In case of any deviation from approved drawing, the same shall be rejected and fresh LT panle shall be got fabricated from the manufacturer. Testing shall be done at manufacturer’s premises and all routine tests like IR and continuity tests shall be performed/recorded in presence of authorized representative of Accepting Officer.
(iv) The panel manufacturer shall have following certification : (a) CPRI certification Degree of protection of IP-54 (shall have IEC:61439-1 -2 & IEC:60529 tests) (b) CPRI certification short circuit with stand strength shall be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA. (c) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 6000A (v) MCCB (microprocessor based) / ACBs provided shall be capable for online setting of the current. (vi) ACBs provided shall be capable for online setting to the time delay. (vii) All the electrical switch gear like MCCBs, MCBs and ACBs shall be of same make. (viii) All incomer ACBs and MCCBs (microprocessor based) shall be compatible with SCADA through communication port. (ix) Drawing of panel board shall be got from GE before fabrication. (x) Panel board shall be fully compartmentalized in accordance to form 4 b of IEC 61439-1-2.

(iii) Pre dispatch inspection shall be carried out by the authorized representative of Accepting Officer. In case of any deviation from approved drawing, the same shall be rejected and fresh LT panel shall be got fabricated from the manufacturer. Testing shall be done at manufacturer’s premises and all routine tests like IR and continuity tests shall be performed/recorded in presence of authorized representative of Accepting Officer. (iv) The panel manufacturer shall have following certification : (a) CPRI certification Degree of protection of IP-54 (shall have IEC:61439-1 -2 & IEC:60529 tests) (b) CPRI certification short circuit with stand strength shall be 50 KA RMS for 1 sec with initial peak of 105 KA. (c) CPRI certification rated current for short circuit not less than 6000A (v) MCCB (microprocessor based) / ACBs provided shall be capable for online setting of the current.
(vi) ACBs provided shall be capable for online setting to the time delay. (vii) All the electrical switch gear like MCCBs, MCBs and ACBs shall be of same make.
