| 1Providing & fixing of Projector including Projection Screen or on Existing Wall/ Surface as per site requirement on hire basis to be installed at various locations at U.T Chandigarh for virtual/visual show of the national flag “TIRANGA”. The hire charges are including of providing installation of projector at site with all required wires CONNECTION ETC. upto 100 mtr. including main/ sub main wiring/ extension board, etc. as per the site requirement. The job includes all escape folding, screen, ladder/Crane, Power Supply Cables, Laptop/Computer, Fire Stick, required software/video clips etc. All the petty jobs/ material required to complete the job to be done in all weather conditions making suitable arrangement. The system shall be installed by the Agency. The Agency will be responsible for the security/ safety and operation of the system/ installation. The rates are inclusive of hire charges for the equipment/ manpower/ material. The manpower required for the operation/ security/ protection of the system is also included in the job. | |||||
