Cost of consumables for gradening such as ferlizers (DAP/Superphaspate etc.) cost of all related/ required tools and plants safety equipmentys etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers. (Rate as per lowest Quotation)

Cost of consumables for house keeping and office maintenance such as chemical used for office and toilets cleaning, soaps, hand towels, room freshners, brooms, vipers, brushers etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers. (Rate as per lowest Quotation)

Cost of attending minor repairs/replacements of plumbing consumables such as taps, pipe, on/off control valves, ball valves couplings, bends, alpha sets, wall flushes etc. inplace of damaged and unservicable cost of old materials, labour charges, plumbing charges etc., complete as directed by departmental officers. Hire charges of Tipper 5cum for lifting of debris with transpotation of Men and materials, including of cost and conveyance of fuel and lubricants all incidental and opearational charges and all other labour charges of operator and Helper etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers. As per (SSR 25-26). Pg.No.17 and Sl.No.54.

Providing renovation of rainwater harvesting structures duly removing and relaying the 40mm, 20mm metal, sand as per the standard and specifications and put into operation through out the year, including labour charges Laying of 40mm size (IS383,1970) Hard broken stone of granite, trap and dolerite free from dust obtained by quarrying wedging , breaking , burning and splitting for filling the Rain Water Harvesting Pits with 40mm metal. Including cost and conveyance of all materials. (Rate as per CSSR-2025-26) etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.
