Supply, Installation, Configuration, Testing, Commissioning, and Warranty of All-in-One Desktops, Multifunctional Printers, and UPS Systems

The bidder shall have minimum of 3 years (FY 2022-23 FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25) experience in the supply and maintenance of IT equipments (computer, all in one desktop, laptop, printers & UPS) to any Government Semi PSU department Undertaking in India

The bidder shall have successfully supplied installed commissioned and maintained at least 1,600 units of IT equipments computer all in onedesktop laptop, printers UPS during any two of the last three financial years FY 2022 23, FY 2023 24, and FY 2024 25The bidder shall also have executed IT equipments worth at least Rs. 10 crore in each of those two financial yearsin Karnataka to any Government/Semi/PSU department Undertaking in India.

The bidder shall have an average annual turnover of Rs. 37.50 crore (Thirty seven crore fifty lakhs) during the preceding three financial years, namely FY 2022 23, FY 2023 24, and FY 2024 25

The agency must be a registered entity for more than 5 years in India as on date of submission of RFP.

The bidder should have positive net-worth during the preceding three continuous financial years out of last four years. 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25

The bidder shall be either the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or an authorized dealer of the OEM for the product offered.

The bidder should have valid documentary proof of GST registration.

The bidder shall have fully functional Registered Office in Karnataka at least for a period of past 3 years, as on the date of Bid submission. The bidder should have a support office/Service Centres in Bengaluru, as on the date of tender submission

The Products offered by the bidder shall meet the specification as per Section VI (technical Specification) of the Bid Document

The bidder should agree for onsite warranty for a minimum period of 3 years from the date of installation and acceptance for all the supplies. The Warranty should carry service and maintenance, replacement of Product hardware software spares free of cost

The Bidder should undertake that the System/Software supplied by the vendor is genuine and does not contain used or any refurbished partsb)The bidder / OEM should not have been debarred/blacklistedThe bidder should not be under liquidation court receivership

The bidder from such countries sharing a land border with India will be eligible to participate only if the bidder is registered with the Competent Authority as per the Directions of the Ministry of Finance Government of India.

The bidder shall have a software-based Call Logging and Complaint Management System for tracking and resolving service requests and shall submit proof of the same with the bid

The bidder shall have experience in developing or supplying AI/ML-enabled learning technology and power management software solutions integrated with desktop computing systems
