Supply and install approximately 4 km of 6-core, 7.5 mm armored fiber optic cable (reinforced with 2400 glass yarn) from the Gumma Power House building to the intake site near the forebay area. The cable shall be securely routed along existing, undamaged power poles. Where poles are unavailable, the cable must be safely fastened to trees using UV-resistant clamps or ties. Ensure mechanical safety during outdoor exposure by maintaining a minimum bend radius of 75 mm (short-term) and 150 mm (long-term). Provide extra cable loops at both ends for future expansion or maintenance.

Install and configure four Mikrotik Hex S routers with SFP slots. Equip each with 2-pair BiDi SFP modules (Tx/Rx 1310/1550 nm) for single-fiber gigabit links. -Two routers to be installed at the Power House - One at the Forebay Gumma site for camera connectivity. - One at the Gatsari Intake site for Camera Connectivity. - One No. wifi Router for Wifi Connectivity at Intake Site in The Fiber Link.

Deploy approximately three fiber joint boxes along the cable route for intermediate splicing. Install two termination racks with SPC connector terminations. All splicing and terminations must be performed inside weatherproof, moisture-sealed enclosures to ensure long-term durability and signal reliability. Include one intermediate provision point for future internet connectivity or backup injection.

Use LC-LC or LC-SC fiber patch cords based on SFP module compatibility. Manage all connections through structured patch panels. Conduct OTDR and power-level testing post-installation to verify signal integrity. Document total cable length, joint locations, and ensure proper functionality of live camera feeds.

Install a 32-channel NVR with a 4TB HDD at the Power House. Connect it to a newly installed 50-inch Full HD display for simultaneous live viewing of intake site cameras alongside existing feeds. Mount the NVR, router, and accessories inside a 4U wall-mount rack (e.g., Walker or RAISE) with a lockable front door, ventilation, and integrated power sockets. Include all necessary accessories such as HDMI cables, mouse, and power adapters in a secure and organized layout.

Provide six months of free maintenance post-installation, covering any breakage or faults in the OFC cable. Any failure in guaranteed uptime due to negligence or improper installation will result in deductions from the security deposit to ensure accountability.

Supply and install a 12/24V inverter system equipped with two 65Ah Sealed Maintenance-Free (SMF) batteries at the Forebay site. This backup system will ensure continuous connectivity during power outages. The scope includes complete wiring, installation of the inverter board, and integration with existing systems to provide seamless and reliable power backup.

Connection and restoration work of various damaged intercom systems at Gumma Power House (APH) will be undertaken by providing and fixing 03 Nos. IP phones (Grand stream GRP2601P | HD VoIP Desk Phone with Power over Ethernet - PoE) in the powerhouse Forebay and Intake Site. This includes the installation of approximately 300 meters of CAT6 cable and approximately 0.75mm² two-core copper PVC wire cable approx. 100m, as per site requirements. Additionally, one VoIP server (Windows/Linux low-power machine) will be set up in the server rack installed at Gumma Power House.
