SITC of MGPS pipe of medically grade as per BSEN-13348 with third party certification from Lloyds/TUV degreased [i.e. free from oil, grease and particulate matters) seamless copper pipe confirming to ASTM B88 and all copper joining done by brazing with AWSA5.8, classification BCuP-5 or BS 1845 following procedure in accordance with ASTM B828 after purging with nitrogen. All pipe cutting shall be carried out with a radial pipe cutter and copper pipe fitting's shall comply with B4 alloy designation. Adequate support shall be provided while laying pipeline testing shall be done at 17 bar and after testing pipe shall be painted with two coat of enamel paint as per color codification as per ISO 7396-Part-1 2016.Thisd partyTest report shall be submitted. all as per approved by Engineer in charge.

SITC of non lubricated ball type nicel Coated Isolation Valve with adapter & PTFE Seat having quarter turn / Butterfly handle opening of following sizes suitable for flow capacity of required LPMas per the size of valve at 4.7 bar with maximum allowable pressure of 30 bars and suitable for working temperature ranging - 20 °C to 130 °C. Appropriate Test Certificate/ report of product/ accessories from OEM shall be submitted. All a per approved by Engineer in charge.

SITC of Gas outlet point Oxy, (AR-4), (AR-7) and Vacuum (8.7 psig) for dispensing medical phases (oxygen/air/Vacuum) at point of use confirming to BSEN ISO 9 170-1:2008.. The gas outlet are quick connect type. it should have color coding for different gas source and should accept only respective adapters as required appropriate Test Certificate/ report of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. The Product should be CE Certified /CE marked.

SITC of BPC (back pressure compensated) flow meter with Humidifier made of nickel plated body. Double jacketed with flow gradations CE Marked on it. Desired flow will be setteided through rotary knob. Flow range should be between 0 to 15 lpm & work should be executed as per direction of engineer in charge. Appropriate Test Certificate / report of product /accessories from OEM shall be submitted. The Product should be CE Certified/ CE Marked.

SITC of ward suction unit (Suction Controller and Collection Jar - 600 ml capacity) with possibility to configure required capacity collection Jar and should meets the requirements as per BSEN ISO 10079-3:2009. The unit must designed to operate with the vacuum line of MGPS. The collection jar must accompanied with Vacuum regulator suitable for 0-14.7 psig with flow rate 0-55 lmp (min)for operating temperature - 18 °C to 50 °C with ON/OFF facility. The collection Jar should be transparent, made of high quality polycarbonate that can be autoclaved at 121 °C for 20 minutes for reuse and provided with auto stop to avoid over spill and contamination of the suction source when the jar collection reached optimized level. The completer unit supplied with filter to protect the source and pipe line from bacterial contamination. Appropriate Test Certificate / report of product/ accessories from OEM shall be submitted . The Product should be CE Certificate / CE marked

SITC of Suction trolley complete with 2 Nos. 2000ml Jar

SITC of Valve box made of CRCA sheet duly powder coated with transparent window which is installed in the MGPS for oxygen and vacuum line and should comply with BSEN ISO 5211:2001 complete with ball type valves and gauges as required for oxygen compressed air and vacuum line. Appropriate Test Certificate / report of product/ accessories from OEM shall be submitted . The Product should be CE Certificate / CE marked

SITC of microprocessor based auto alarm system (digital type) suitable for medical gas service provided with audible and visual alarm for MGPS Zoning. It should monitors the current status of oxygen /compressed air pressure in distribution pipeline of central medical supply system and trigger the alarm to alert. The system should comply BSEN IS0: 73 96- 1 :2007

SITC of Bed Head Panel of 900 -1500 MM long made out from high strength extruded aluminum with powder coating with at least 4 nos 6/16 Amp switch socket and provision for required number of gas outlet points as suggested by the client. Appropriate Test Certificate/report o product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. The Product should be CE Certificate / CE marked. All as per approved engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing of Rail clamp for mounting ward vacuum unit on bed head panel com Plate as required'

P&F of Bed Panel accessories like Monitor Tray, Utility Basket, Vacuum Slider, Infusion Pump Pole with IV hooks, with proper nut bolts and screw and with Proper finishing . Appropriate Test Certificate/report o product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. The Product should be CE Certificate / CE marked. All as per approved engineer in charge.

SITC of Oxygen/ Nitrous Oxide Manifold System 1 cylinder with tail pipes NRV -manifold system comprise of bank of 1 cylinders (Bulk cylinder of D type- cylinder to be provided by hospital) capacity manifold high pressure copper pipe of size 1/2"ID x14 swg (approx. 2.0320 mm) & high pressure fitting made of high tensile strength brass be used to connect the cylinders to the header assemblies with 1 no's non return valves & 1 no's high pressure flexible tail pipe is made of copper pipe of 1/3"x16 swg (approx. 1.6256 mm) the manifold is hydraulically tested at 225kg/cm2 pressure it is also degreased with Double gauge single stage MOX regulator of flow capacity atleast 250 LPM and is to be offered duly wrapped in a polythene bag. Appropriate Test Certificate/ report with liable warranty of product/accessories from OEM shall be submitted. The Product should be CE Certified / CE Marked.
