Taking down plants / vegitable growth etc from buildings by cutting /chiseling fully without disturbing structure up to height of 10.00 m from average ground level at different location and cleaning the surface neatly with wire brush to remove dust and other foreign particles and applying hydrochloric acid (HCL) on leftover root portion and making good the disturbed surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for crack filling with approved crack filling compound of M/S Pidilite or equivalent including necessary opening of cracks, cleaning, watering etc including necessary scafolding etc up to height of 8.00m from ground level complete all as specified and directed. Note: -The quoted rates is deemed to include for the cost of scaffolding, T&P, etc required for execution of the work at height approx 10 m height of building roof having continuous trapezium with no staircase.

Taking down existing old roof treatment of any description, any type including removal of old Tar felt, screed bed and plastering etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment to RCC roofs with and including comprising of following steps:- (a) Preparing RCC roof surfaces with wire brush drying and cleaning to remove all foreign materials and washing with water to remove loose particle. (b) Providing bituminous primer grade 85/25 bitumen @ 1.2 kg/sqm in each coat to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (c) Applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) land on primed surface by forced application. (d) M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over RCC slab mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and directed. (e) M&L for ponding test by filling 75 mm deep water over roof treatment by making necessary arrangement to fill the roof slab at least for 72 hrs complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Taking down carefully cables and ACs and removing materials to MES store for keeping in safe custody for re-use at site in functional as earlier and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors, roofs etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) benching/ angle filleting at the junction of parapet and RCC roof complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting grooves or chases in brick wall, 75 mm wide and 65 mm deep and including filling with cement mortar 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. (Note;- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately as supply only)

M&L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as levelling course of roof padding finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for grouting for permanent bonding of strutural damage/crack, porosity of concrete to attend leakage/seepage with pressure grouting with 15mm bore GI Pipe nozzle under the pressure of 5 kg/sqcm using cement based grout, treatment to be made as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing drip course in chajjas of bldgs to facilitate the drainage of water from the coping with cutting grooves on the underside of chajja including making good disturbed surfaces in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of lime/cement concrete in ground floors and paving in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling of sunken and mass-concrete etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 on fair faces of brick work, concrete surfaces as in sunken/ roof treatment finished even and smooth without using extra cement incl applying two coats of acrylic polymer treatment as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed. Make: CICO (Tape Crete) or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for Bitumastic gola, with 80/25 bitumen and coarse sand mixture, 1:3 by weight, 8cmx8cm at the junction of roofing to vertical surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (Corrugated, semi corrugated, etc) sheets including ridges in roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber fillet, rafter, purlins, scantlings under 40 sqcm in section, in any position in frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI base corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pre-painted plain galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI base plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip and straight flashing (length and girth fixed) roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel painting over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying ShaliCryl ® 215 single component, UV resistant, unique elastomeric, high build exterior waterproofing coating based on a revolutionary acrylic polymer with quick-set capabilities to resist moisture attack with and including comprising of following applicators steps:-

(a) Surface Preparation :- Remove all loose and foreign materials, if any, by a wash with a jet of air / water. • Repair structural defects before application of ShaliCryl® 215. • Fill voids and undulation area with Polymer Mortar made out of ShaliSBR Latex, Water, Cement and Sand in the Ratio of 1:1:5:12.5. • Fill cracks up to 3 mm with PlastiSeal and cracks over 3 mm with PlastiSeal P after opening the crack to a “V” cut. • In case of any poor plaster surface in existence (for old building), remove the same and corrected with new cement : sand in the ratio of 1 : 4 admixed with ShaliPlast LW+ @ 200 ml / bag of cement.

(b) Primer Application :- Apply ShaliPrime WB as Primer after dilution with potable water in the ratio 1:0.5 for a theoretical Coverage 8-10 m2 / L of the mix and allow it to dry for 3 – 4 hrs. post elimination of undulation, roughness of concrete, joint marks, Voids and any other surface correction.

(c) Application of Material • Apply first coat of ShaliCryl® 215 over the primed surface @ 160 ml / m2 . Add maximum of 10% potable water by volume for the first coat only, if required, to have brushable consistency only. • Allow the applied coating to dry 6 – 8 hrs of application. • Apply second coat of ShaliCryl® 215 without dilution over dried first coat @ 140 ml / m2 and allow it to dry. • Do not undertake any further work over the coated area within 72 hrs of final coat. • A coat of 100 micron of ShaliCryl TC 100 will improve water / dust repellent property.

Taking down of rain water pipes of any size or pattern including all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed.

(b) Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation inside the tank by using Terbac G 10/ Inchlor-5/NB-10, a laboratory tested barnded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. (c) Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump with pressure 5 PSL. (d) Fourth stage first bacteria screening and sterilization by using Terbac G5/Inchor-5/ NB-10, a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound, test certificate of TerbacG5/Inchor-5/ NB-10, from government laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization. (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floors of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vaccum cleaner. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray ejector covering 360 degree with in the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agend TerbacG65/Inoxi-60/NB-69. Note:-(i) Test certificate of Terbac G65/Inoxi-60/NB-69 from Government Laboratory mentioning suitability for sterilization should be submitted to the office before using for Sterilization. (ii) Outlet pipe of OHT should be plugged before cleaning the OHT to avoid entering scale and the same shall be reconnected after cleaning the OHT and the quoted rate is deemed to include for this provision. (iii) Contractor will be responsible for rectification of complaints occurred during cleaning of tank i.e. No water in tank/ Over flow due to broken of float valve/blockage of Outlet lines due to silt and rectification cost will be deemed to be included in quoted rate. Note: The work shall be carried through specilized agency as approved by GE/Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 85.00 here-in-before but of tank capacity exceeding 500 Ltrs and not exceeding 1000 ltrs of any description and in any position.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hosting if required, reconneting and refixing in position capacity exc 250 and n exc 500 ltr. including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and from mouth of circulating pipes etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 87.00 here-in-before but of tank capacity exceeding 500 Ltrs and not exceeding 1000 ltrs of any description and in any position.
