Supply, Erection of 8m Free Standing Single Arm Bracket 8 sided Octogonally continously tapered structured pole with base plate of size 300 x 300 x 12mm as per IS-875 with following specification. Bottom Pole Dia - 130mm Top Pole Dia - 70 mm Thickness of Pole - 3 mm. The pole should be hot dip galvanized confirming to BESN ISO1461 with thickness of 65 Micron. The Pedestal Concrete mould with M40 grade concrete mix of suitable size of 45mmx45mmx750mm depth in ground "J" type EN 8 Grade foundation bolts M16 x 750mm - 4 nos along with template including bending of MS size clamps, welding and making hole for bolt, nut, etc. The pedestal should be finished nearly with suitable colour paint. The Pole should be erected with Single ornamental bracket and with 4 way terminal block in suitable hylem sheet with 1 No.20A SP MCB with 1 no suitable neutral links provided in the Inner Junction Box. Supply and fixing of Street Light of 120W (Higher End) : 1 No. at the Height of 8m with 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper wire for interconncections from both the fittings to Terminal Box.

The Bracket should be fabricated like Diagonal Cut of Cubic structure with 20mm thick plate of size 425 x 400 x 20mm with 8mm thick stiffner plate for side support and providing 4 nos 20mm Hole for fixing the Bracket on wall with special Flange of size 425 x 400 x 20mm on the other side of the Barrier, with necessary M14 and M16 Bolt with spring washer, Nuts etc. The Pole should be erected with Double ornamental bracket and with 4 way terminal block in suitable hylem sheet with 2 No.20A SP MCB with 1 no suitable neutral links provided in the Inner Junction Box. a)Supply and fixing of Street Light of 120W Make :Havells :1 No. Height of 8m with separate 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper wire for interconncections from both the fittings to Terminal Box. b)Supply and fixing of Street Light of 60W (Higher End) :1 No. different Height with separate 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper wire for interconnections from both the fittings to Terminal Box.

Supply and fixing of 50W LED flood light fitting on the suitable angle frame with Connection. (Higher End)

Supply and Laying of 4 x 16 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable in suitable size HDPE pipe in a trench to be excavated at a depth of 0.75 metre and refilling the earth to make good.

Supply and clamping of 4x16 sq.mm PVC LTUG armoured Cable on wall with T type MS angle grouted on wall through HDPE (50mm) with MS clamps.

Supply and clamping of 4 x 16 sq.mm. PVC LTUG armoured cable on post or on wall with MS clamps.

Supply and erection of weather proof pedestal type pillar box of suitable angle iron frame work of size 3 ft x 3ft x 1.5 ft using angle iron of size 1 x 1 1/2 The 16SWG MS sheet of Size 4 ft x 3ft x 1 1/2 ft to house the following arrangements . 1) 63A meter board . 2) 63A TPN Main switch . 3) 63 Amps. L&T 3 Ph , 4 Pole,MCX Contactor. 4) L&T Time Clock suitable for street light. 5) 32A 4 P MCB - outgoing-2Nos The internal wiring is done through 4 sq.mm copper wire .The pillar box make up of 16SWG MS sheet steel with front double door (hinged type)pad locking arrangements complete set with neat finishing and both side slanting roof top arrangements with 2 coats of red oxide and 2 coats of aluminium paint finish with 2 Nos earthing provisions and the pillar box erected to the ground clearance of 1Mtr height with suitable angle iron work and masonry pedestal.

Supply and clamping of 31/2x 25 sq.mm PVC LTUG armoured cable on post or on wall with GI Pipe (Dia 65 mm) MS Clamps.

Supply and clamping of 3-1/2 x 25 sq.mm. PVC LTUG armoured cable on post or on wall with MS clamps.

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 3-1/2 x 25 sq.mm. PVC armoured LTUG cable with earth connection.

Supply and providing cable end termination of 3-1/2 x 25 sq.mm. PVC LTUG aluminium armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping etc with electrical connection complete.

Earthing as per the ISI specification with an earth electrode of 2.10 metre Class 'B' GI pipe of dia not less than 40mm with copper earth plate of size 125mm x 50mm x 6mm with necessary funneling arrangements with necessary masonry work and with 38mm RCC cover slab for the brick masonry.

Supply and Run of 1 of No.8 SWG copper wire in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall / floor / ground for earth connection.

Supply and run of 1 of No.8 SWG GI wire for earth connection.
