Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at place away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour T&P articles and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing & filling good clean river sand of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming complete including cost conveyance, royalty, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty Cess & taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in Charge.
Providing Cement concrete (1:3:6) in foundation upto a required depth below ground level and upto a required height above ground level/bed level using 4cm size hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying compacting in position in layers not exceeding 15cm thick compacting with proper packing to proper slope & level including watering, curing and cost, conveyance, Cess royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty taxes of all materials etc. with all labour and T&P required for the work including dewatering, shuttering if necessary complete as per direction of Engineer – in – charge

Providing, fitting and fixing of 8 mm to 12 mm thick matte vitrified tile of size (600 x 600mm) of printed series confirming to IS specification having minimum breaking strength 1400 kg / Sq.cm in floowing in all floors at all heights on 20mm thick bed of C.M. (1:4) to proper sloope, line and level in cluding to required size and shape, fixing at corners and spalys etc including filling joints with silicon sealant to match the shade of vetrified tile as per the design and drawing including cost, conveyance, royalties, taxes of all materials & labour T&P and cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
12mm (1/2”) thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to out side brick walls after cracking out of the joint including, watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, cess with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalties , etc. complete in all respect in all floors as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster (1:6) finished smooth to inside surface of bricks walls/ stone masonary after racking out joints including watering and curing with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour, cess with T&P required for the work with all taxes and royalities etc completed in all respect in all floors as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge
Wall painting two coats with weather paint of approved shade on wall surface to give an even shade over a coat of primer including cost of brushes and putty including cost of paint scrapping, cleaing rubbing scaffloding with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P and Cess required for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Wall painting two coats with plastic Emulsion paint of approved quality & shade on new work to give an even shade with brush to interior walls surface after cleaning the surface including cost of plastic emulsion paint with cost, conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with CESS etc complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Painting two coat enamel paint over the one coat primer to new iron work including cost of the enamel paint, sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc., complete in all respect including cost of paint or as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
Supplying, fitting, fixing up window (sliding type) made up aluminum Section 9778 as windows frame section No. 4095, 4096, 9777, 3994 as shutter frame with 5mm thick black glass as panel fitted with rubber bending including lucking arrangement including llocking arrangement including all fitting including cost of materials all taxes labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
20mm (¾") thick grading plaster in cement mortar (1:4) over roof slab after chipping and chiseling the same and cleaning the surface by wire brushing laid to proper slope finished smooth including cost conveyance royalty and taxes of all materials labour DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty, and T&P required for the work and including watering curing finishing etc. complete in all respects in all floors as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
