Dismantlingof floor tiles at any floor of the building, laid in cement mortar including dismantling of cement concrete base and disposal of malba at a suitable place with in a distanceof 100Mtrsof thecomplex complete in all respect. CSR No. 30.95

Earth work in excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kinds of soil where Pick-Jumper work is not involved and not exceeding 2.0 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm, layers with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed within lead of 30 metres. Cement Concrete 1:4:8 with stone ballast of size. 40 mm guage. using concrete mixing volumetric type CSR No. 10.11 b ii

Reinforced cement concrete M-25 mechanically batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth CSR No. 10.16

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundation beam & plinth beam (vertical or battering) CSR No. 9.1

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5- 7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, afters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required CSR No. 13.27 ii

Providing and fixing Gutter 250mm wide with PPGL 0.50 thick (TCT) manufactured from zinc / aluminium alloy coated high tensile steel, having minimum yield strength of 550 MPa of approved colour fixed by means of self-drilling screws limped washers as per the manufactures guidelines complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge. Black Granite stone tiles 15mm to 20mm thick in skirting, risers of steps, dado walls and pillars laid in 12.5mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement 3 coarse sand) and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of stone, including rubbing and polishing including labour for fixing dowel pins and cramps.
