Description of works

Dismantling the existing damaged chain link fencing with angle iron from the masonry wall and stacking the fragmentary materials etc. Complete as directed by site incharge.

Dismantling the existing damaged U.C.R stone masonry dwarf compound wall and stacking the useful stone separately at one side of the site for reuse and disposing the unwanted materials away from the site etc. Complete as directed by site incharge.

Earthwork excavation for foundation including lead and lift. etc. Complete as directed by site incharge.

Provision for removing the scientific debries inside the complex area and exposing the hidden structure very carefully to avoid damage, sorting of antiquities, sculptures etc., if found and disposal of rubbish to a lead of 1000 mtrs by lorry including cost of loading lorry as per instructions of head office etc. Complete as directed by site incharge.

Provision for providing and laying rubble soling 0.15 m thick including ramming consolidating etc. complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and laying in situ, cement concrete in 1:3:6 of hard trap stone metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water, formwork, compacting and curing etc. Complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing un-coursed rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:4 by hard trap stone obtained from approved quarry including scaffolding, curing etc. Complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing C.R stone masonry for veneering portion of the dwarf wall to support the UCR masonry wall in cement mortar 1:4 including curing etc. Complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and fixing dressed stone slab coping of size 0.45 x 0.30 x 0.10 mtr. thickness over the parapet wall the stone obtained from approved quarry including lead and lift necessary dressing, fixing in position over the cement mortar of 1:3 curing etc. Complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and constructing dressed trap stone masonry for pillars of size 0.45 x 0.45 x 1.60 meters with dressed corner stone of size 0.25 x 0.20 x 0.20 meters thickness in cement mortar of 1:4 at alternate intervals of 2.50 meters in between the pillars of clear width including curing etc complete. 1x16x0.45x0.45x1.60 =5.184/0.324=16.00 Nos etc. Complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and fixing M.S grill fencing in between the constructed stone pillars of size 2.50m x 1.6 m by using 20 mm square bars of 24 nos to a height of 1.70 meters. Welded by M.S. Iron 'L' angle of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm for frame all round and supported with vertical of M.S. flat of size 50 x 8 mm for hold fast of three Nos at the equal intervals as per the sketch inclosed and applying two cost of smoke grey colour enamel paint after aplying a coat of iron primer etc. Complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing and fixing three line dressed trap stone coping conical in shape over the pillars of size 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.30 thickness in cement morter 1:3, sotne obtained from approved quarry including lead and lift necessary dressing during execution, carrying lifting, placing in position with the help of scaffolding and curing etc. complete.

Providing and laying approach pathway from corner to and around main stupa in laterite stone in lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 with proper slope and gradients, cutting fixing and placing a matching with the asthetic value of the monument and with minimum itervention as per direction of the archaeologist etc. complete.

Providing and laying approach border stone from main gate to stupa and around main stupa in border laterite stone in lime surkhi mortar 1:1:1 with proper slope and gradients, cutting fixing and placing a matching with the asthetic value of the monument and with minimum itervention as per direction of the archaeologist etc. complete.

Providing pointing to the joints of C.R/UCR Stone mossnery in cement mortar 1:4 including curing etc. Complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing brickwork with conventional brick in superstructure above plinth level in cement mortar 1:4 with necessary scaffolding curing etc. Complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing external & internal 20 mm thick Ready Mix plaster confirming to IS:4031 (Part-4) 1988 and IS 383- 1970 in a single coat using Cement mortar of proportion1:4 containing special type of polymer additives about 0.4%, to all type of surfaces in all positions including scaffolding and curing etc. Complete as directed by site incharge.

Provision for providing and fixing the Gate of size (5.12 x 2.65 mtrs.) ( design as per drawing enclosed) fixed to post of 100 x 100 mm size of the C- channel with the vertical arrows of the size 50 mm square pipe including aldrop fixing hinges, colouring fixing etc. Complete as directed by site incharge.

Provision for providing and fixing for Compound Wall Light arrangement for Nalasopara Stupa etc. Complete as directed by site incharge.

Providing & erecting 4 Pole MCCB, 415V, up to 100A, rated short-circuit breaking capacity 25 kA (Ics=100% of Icu), adjustable thermal (overload) setting and fixed agnetic setting with provided leads, provision for installation of shunt/UV/trip alarm ontact. MCCB with phase barriers on both sides, insulation withstand capacity 800V, noline-load bias in provided enclosure/panel as per specification .

Supplying, erecting & commissioning 4 pole RCCB 100A, electromagnetic type with 30/100/300 mA sensitivity with earth leakage trip indication etc. Complete as directed by site incharge.

Supply, installing, and testing of maintenance free earthing comprising of electrode of 17.2 mm diameter Low Carbon Steel with 250 micron molecular copper bonded earthing rod of Length 3m along with Carbon based environment friendly back fill ground enhancing compound required to fill up the excavated earth with required quantity (min. 125kg) complete, and recording the results specification etc. Complete as directed by site incharge.

Supplying and erecting copper strip of required sizes used for earthing on wall and/or any other purpose with necessary aluminium clamps fixed on wall painted with bituminous paint with joints required as per specification.

Provision for providing and fixing for pathway Decorative Lighting arrangement for Nalasopara Stupa etc. Complete as directed by site incharge.
