Excavation in trenches in any type of soil (soft/loose soil) not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth LT under ground cables/GI pipes for trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in layers, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand coushioning to UG cables (8cm deep before laying of cables and 15 cm over the cable) including spreading, levelling, well ramming in layers NOTE:- punned thickness of 18cm only will be considered for payment purpose.

Supply and fix sub class 'B' bricks of standard size for cable protection in trenches/ all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 15 mm dia for protection pipe for fixing along the pole with necessary clamps, nut bolt washers including taking down old unsv ones complete all as specified and directed .Make Jindal steel/ Tata or equivalent.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 40 mm dia for protection pipe including taking down old unsv ones complete all as specified and directed .Make Jindal steel/ Tata or equivalent.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade 80 mm dia for protection of cable on pole , under road crossing or across drain , along electric pole or floor /wall complete incliding taking out if required all as specified and directed .Make Jindal steel/ Tata or equivalent.

Boring/Drilling (horizontally) manually under 2m deep in soil below existing road suitable for passing GI tubing of 40 to 80 mm bore complete all as specified.

M&L PVC Insulated Weather proof multicore FRLS PVC sheathed multistranded cables with bright annealed copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm 3 core for connection of light to pole box completed all as specified and directed .Make Havells/ Gloster/Finolex/KEI.

S&F street light junction box made from CPRI approved factory having size 200 (Width) x 150 (Depth) x 250 (Height) mm (minimum dimensions) made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, duly powder coated of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally, with rain shed all side except back side, comprising of 02 nos copper bus-bar of size 20 x 4 mm mounted on suitable size spacer insulators, necessary cable entry / exit holes for upto 35 sqmm cables, nut-bolts, MS clamps of suitable size for fixing including dismantling complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply of LT bus bar panel board "out-door Supply, install, testing & commissioning of LT panel board "out-door type" of size 900 mm (height) x 750 mm (breadth) x 500 mm (depth) (minimum dimensions) factory fabricated CPRI approved with suitable neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust & vermin proof & degree of protection not less than IP-55 & general construction confirming to IS-13947, double door, front & back openable & 4 side slanting canopy on roof top. The panel shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation & tinned double Al bus-bar wrapped with coloured PVC tape/sleeves of rating in conformity to the Incoming ACB/MCCB rating. The panel board shall be fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly pre-treated & powder coated, supporting frame made out of 50X50X5 mm angle iron & MC 100 channel base suitable for 3 Ph, 4 wire system 415/440 volts grade incl complete internal wiring with not less than 2.5 sqmm copper wire incl cable glands of suitable sizes incl suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 foundation necessary earthwork and including the following accessories. BUS BARS AND INTERNAL CONNECTIONS : The bus-bars shall be made up of 04 Nos aluminiume conductor size 25X6, 350 A rated, duly insulated with 1100 V grade standard colour coded PVC sleeves & rigidly mounted on suitable sized "F" class insulators of non-hygroscopic, non-combustible, all internal connections from main bus-bars to switch gears etc. PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY :- The provision for cable entry/exit shall be provided in the bottom for both incomming & out-going cables.
