Hiring Charges for 1 No. 2 Ton capacity Pickup Vehicle on monthly basis with driver from 8.00 hrs. to 16.00 hrs. (8 Hrs.), however Chennai Port authority has right to change the time from 0900 hrs. to 17.00 hrs with prior intimation, 6 days from Monday to Saturday excluding Sundays and Holidays for official use of Chennai Port Authority for a period of 2 years suitable for transportation of Men, Materials, including Machineries, Equipment, DG Sets, Spares, different Electrical items, Diesel, Battery, Battery Chargers etc., from one place to another place as per the requirement of Chennai Port Authority within and outside the premises of Chennai Port Authority as mentioned in the Schedule 'A' of Tender Document
