STAGE - I
Mechanized Dewatering - Mechanized Dewatering should be done by dewatering pump having , suitable outlet and discharge and control panel. The details of motor cable, seal, material of construction and control panel should be furnished.
STAGE – II
Sludge Removal – Desilting and removal of left over dirty Water sludge with a sludge removal pump.
STAGE – III
High Pressure Cleaning – Cleaning of wall , ceiling , and floor by high pressure of 80-180 bars. Cleaning should be done by high pressure cleaner with following specification Fully automatic controlled, auto start –slop, imported high pressure cleaning machined having F-Class insulation protection. The heavy duty machined should be operated by HPC operator, on Continuous duty in variable fully adjustable mode from working presser of 100-180 bars. The machine should have imported twin steel core protection rubber high pressure hose to safety. | 1.01STAGE – IV Vacuum Cleaning – Removal of remaining sludge from the floor with the help of industrial vacuum cleaner . (A) Removal of remaining sludge with the help of imported heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner and sludge sucker having maximum power of 1200 watt, with suitable heavy duty motor. (B) Imported sludge sucker should be a part of the high pressure system which sucks sludge and through the same out of the tank , his must handle solid particles as well. STAGE – V Anti- Bacterial Spry – Spring of non- toxic- biodigrable, ecofriendly anti-bacterial agent to disinfect the tank from all harmful pathogens. The dose utilized should be safe as per WHO guideline. STAGE – VI UV Radiator – Treatment of inside of tank by exposing UV radiator to kill further suspended or floating bacteria if any- Treatment of inside tank be done by exposing UV radiation by imported heavy duty UV radiator. The radiator should be designed in away to ensure 360 degrees of sterilization and should have suitable lamps for effective sterilization for a period of 8000 working hours, the radiator must be totally portable and effective for final sterilization of drinking water tanks for elimination of floating and suspended bacteria….. | ||||||
| 1.02NOTES :- i) Contractor must clean and disinfect the water storage tank within 12 hours after giving the site by Engr-in-Charge to avoid the inconvenice for distribution of water supply to the connected area. ii) Contractor should be provide all safety tools to worker, in case of any accident during the work in progress the contractor will be fully responsible to give necessary medical aids and also compensate to worker under compensation act 1923. iii) No extra payment will be made for transportation of any machinaries required for cleaning and disinfecton the storage tank iv) Contractor must write the date of cleaning and capacity of tank at the wall of the storage tank in size of 2 ft x 2 ft base prepared by enamel paint. Base should be in light blue colour and letters should be white colour without extra payment. vi) While execution the work contractor must have all safety equipment and follow all safety parameter at site. | ||||||
