Cleaning the Juncle using Mechanical JCB as per the Direction of the Departmental officers Etc., Complete

Earth work excavation in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, wet sand under water, black cotton, stiff black cotton, clay, hard stiff clay, hard red earth, murram, stoney earth, gravel and shales etc. excepting all kinds of rock and boulders exceeding 0.014 c.u.m. in volume including rough dressing and dumping the excavated materials away from work site manually within 50m initial lead and 2m initial lift as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of stone jelly by volume) using of 40 mm thick granite hard broken stones, all machine mixed, laid to uniform thickness of 100mm and top left rought to receive floor finish including all labour charges for concreting, ramming, curing etc, and providing expansion joints, slopes & grades if any etc., complete complying with relevant standard specifications at all leads & lifts inside the building.

Supplying and erecting SHUTTTERING including necessary supports for plane surfaces such as Vertical RCC walls etc, using mild steel sheets of size 90cm X 60Cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded mild steel angles for boarding supported by Casuarinas props at suitable intervals etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement, one and a half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for All RCC items of work excluding centering, shuttering, and cost of reinforcement grill but including curing finishing etc., complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in RCC works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc., complete.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position TMT/CTD rods for all RCC works including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fixing of 160mm dia PVC pipe 6Kg/cm2 with ISI make as per direction of departmental officers etc complete.,

Removing hard rock by wedging, chiselling and trimming to proper shape where blasting is prohibited as per direction of departmental officers etc complete.,
