A-1 Supplying, and filling of good earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up, in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, and guide banks etc.,

A-2 Granular Sub base with close graded materials by Plant Mix Method (Table:- 400-1 - MORTH specification): Construction of granular sub base by supplying, laying, spreading & compacting of close graded material, mixing in a wet mix plant of 75 ton capacity at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes to achieve the desired density of 98% including protection of edges of GSB layer, cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lighting, guarding, barricading, maintenance of diversion road, loading & unloading, with all lead & lifts etc., complete to achieve minimum CBR value of 30% (Compacted thickness) - Grading-I. MORTH specification: 401.

A-3 Wet Mix Macadam: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM) specifications including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with pavers in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of materials, labour charges, rental for machinery, fuel and all other incidental, charges, etc. complete as per MORTH, Revision-5

A-4 Prime coat: Providing and laying prime coat using SS-1 grade emulsion bitumen at the rate of 7 kg per 10 sqm over the WMM/ WBM surface preparatory to another construction over it, including cost and conveyance all materials, labour charges, hire and fuel charges etc. for machinaries and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per MORTH, Revision-5

A-5 Tack Coat 1: Providing and laying of tack coat using RS-1 emulsion bitumen at the rate of 2.5 kg per 10 sqm over the WMM/ WBM primed surface preparatory to another construction over it, including all cost and conveyance, all materials, labour charges, hire and fuel charges etc. for machinaries and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per MORTH, Revision-5

A-6 Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam: Supplying & laying Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam using crushed aggregates as per table 500-10 (MORTH specification) of specified graded aggregates & filler (Cement) at 2 % by weight of aggregates, premixed with minimum bituminous binder VG-30 grade Paving bitumen (60/70 grade) complying IS 73 in Hot Mix Plant, loading of aggregates with F.E loader, transported to site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes, vibratory roller 8 tonnes, smooth wheeled tandem roller 6-8 tonnes as per clauses 501.6 & 501.7 (MORTH specification) to achieve the desired compaction, including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, all lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting and including lead for bitumen and mixed materials etc., complete. excluding cost of primer/tack coat (Compacted thickness) - Using 100-120 TPH Batch type Hot Mix Plant, 80-100mm compacted thickness (Grading -I) with 4.0 % bitumen. MORTH specification: 505.

A-7 Bituminous Concrete: Supplying & laying Bituminous Concrete using crushed stone aggregates as per table 500-17 (MORTH specification) of specified graded aggregates & filler (Cement) at 2 % by weight of aggregates premixed with minimum bituminous binder VG -30 grade paving bitumen (60/70 grade) complying with IS 73 / IS 15462 (IRS SP-53) in Hot Mix Plant, loading of aggregates with F.E loader, transported to site in tipper to paver, laid over a previously prepared surface with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level, alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tonnes, vibratory roller 8 tonnes, smooth wheeled tandem roller 6-8 tonnes as per clauses 501.6 & 501.7 (MORTH specification) to achieve the desired compaction including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges of machinery, lead, lifts, loading, unloading, stacking, transporting and including lead for bitumen, cement and mixed materials etc., complete, excluding cost of primer/tack coat (Compacted thickness). Using 40-60 TPH Hot Mix Plant, grading 2 with 5.2 % bitumen (30-40mm) Compacted thickness, using VG- 30 grade Paving Bitumen (60/70) grade. MORTH specification: 507A.

PRICE CENTER B - STORM WATER DRAIN WORKS

B-1 Clearing including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, cutting of trees and saplings upto 30cm girth and removal of rubbish to designated dump yard

B-2 Excavation: Excavation for roadworks, drains etc. Item shall include the cost of dewatering, shoring wherever necessary and disposal of all excavated materials. The rate also includes protecting/ supporting public utilities such as cables, drains, service pipes, water mains etc.transportation and dumping.

B-3 PCC: Providing, laying in position M15 grade PCC below drains/trenches and elsewhere extending all round equal to it's thickness. Rate shall include cost of using required dosage of admixture in concrete for obtaining required workability as per approval of the Engineer.

B-4 Reinforced Cement Concrete (Cast in-Situ): Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix of specified grade cement concrete using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete at all heights and levels, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability and obtaining required temperature and also backfilling of excavated material layer by layer not excluding 200 mm per layer and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge i) The rate will include placing in position of necessary sleeves for various purposes, anchors, shear connectors, fixtures, inserts etc. complete as per technical specifications and drawings and as directed by the Engineer. ii) The rate shall also include preparation of construction joints as per technical specifications and provided approved wire mesh/ weld mesh at such location as approved by the Engineer or as shown in drawings. iii) Rate shall include cost of using necessary tools, plants, machinery, and all related operations etc. for all heights as per the approval of the Engineer. iv) Rate shall include cost of vibration of concrete, curing, protecting from damage, bailing/pumping out water if required as directed by the Engineer. v) Reinforcement shall be paid separately

B-4.1 Providing M35 Grade Concrete for Drains/Box Culvert base slab and walls

B-4.2 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for drains/Box culvert base slab and walls (At all levels)

B-5 Reinforcing Steel Providing Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) reinforcement, Fe-500D grade conforming to IS 1786: 2008, from CMRL approved list of suppliers, straightening, cutting, bending, lap/ butt welding, hook length, placing at all heights, fixing couplers, tying using 18 Gauge twin GI binding wire, supply and fixing cover blocks etc. in all structural concrete at all heights and depths complete as per technical specifications and drawings.

B-6 Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar work

B-7 Providing and Fixing Precast RCC Heavy duty manhole Cover for every 15m interval of size 600mm x 600mm as per the Drawings or as directed by the engineer in charge. Rate also includes provision of lifting hooks.

B-8 Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of size 500 x 300 x 125mm using M-25 grade concrete by vibro compaction technology and joint less fibre glass moulds, so as to achieve shuttering finish on five faces (except the pouring side) and to be demoulded after minimum 12 hours. Each kerb stone shall have a cavity of size 115 x 95 x 40mm as per sample, for complete the fluorescent paint (cavity shall be so designed that the fluorescent paint when completed it will be facing the traffic light, when fitted on left or right side of approaching traffic. The Kerb stone shall be fixed in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) including the cost of required centering, shuttering and finishing.
