Charges for removal of LT modules from the racks, cleaning, tightness checking of all components and terminals, lubrication and racking, in the concerned racks. A) For cleaning 1/3, 1/5, 1/6, 2/6, 1/7, 2/7, 1/8,2/8, 1/10, 2/10 & 3/10 Size LT Modules
B) For cleaning ½, ¼,¾, 3/7, 4/9 & 5/9 size LT Modules.
Charges for removal of LT breakers from its chamber, cleaning the breakers, tightness checking of all bolts and nuts, applying lubrication, checking the trip & close operations of the breakers and put back the breakers in the breaker chamber
Charges for Cleaning and Checking of the tightness of all Bus bar joints, bus bars, support Insulators and outgoing cable chamber.
Charges for removing the top covers of LT Switch gear & Auxiliary control Panel, cleaning and tightness checking of main Bus & Incoming cable chamber.
Charges for Cleaning of Electronic control Panels & tightness checking of Power contactors & Switch fuse units.
