Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for foundations, manholes, laying of sewage lines etc., n.exc. 10Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, sub-base etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks,using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as directed.

M & L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4, on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 5 km and deposited and where directed.

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for RCC nominal mix (1:2:4), tybe B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in walls of any thickness all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note : Note : Formwork and reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L Formwork to sides of walls, pillars, posts, slab, columns, and stanchions with rough finish flat concrete surfaces complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs set in CM 1:4 complete all as specified . Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending, sprillay for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed blocks for hold fasts, copings, water troughs etc weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge exc 63mm but nexc 100mm deposited spread and levelled in layers nexc 15 cm thick watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as directed.

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as directed

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in finishing of concrete finished fair and even all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for forming construction joint 30 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade `B' all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any descritpion all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of brick work of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling of cast iron or reinforced concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches all as directed

M&L for 150 mm internal dia of reinforced concrete pipes class NP-3 with one collar per length of pipe all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 200 mm internal dia of reinforced concrete pipes class NP-3 with one coller per length of pipe all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 100 mm dia Cast iron sand cast soil, waste and vent pipes, in any length with or without ears with cement joints, laid in trenches or in floors all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching as required all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under, haunching completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid and tested; in set in CM 1:4:8 type D-2 all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 100 mm dia Cast iron Bends (any radius), diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured).

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as directed

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete glossy finished interlocking paver block of any size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness of M-50 Grade with grey cement and pigments including 25 mm thick sand cushion all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling tiles,keeping in safe custody and refixing the interlocking tiles in the same position after laying of RCC hume pipe all as per directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster of any description including raking out joints and hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
