Schedule-A

Note for items No 01 to 02 :- Note ‘A’ :- (i) Any complaint left unattended by the electrician will be communicated to the JE in-charge /AGE E/M with reason. No charge will be paid for the per complaint till the complaint is resolved. (ii) New material /stores provided for completing the job shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of BOQ. (iii) Contractor shall provide all type of T&P of HT/LT network, bamboo ladder, Meggar etc with safety gloves to each electrician for attending the external electric complaints. (iv) Contractor shall provide the complaint register 200 pages – 10 No, complaint book with 100 slips- 20 No. Booklets serially numbered in triplicate. (v) Contractor will provide 03 No. Experienced Electrician having minimum 2 years experience ( 01x three shifts per day) and 06 No. Helper having minimum 2 years experience ( 02 x three shifts per day) including Sundays and Holidays to attend HT Complaints, LT & Street lights. (vi) Contractor will provide well experienced and well conversant of one person for lodging the complaint in complaint cell of each power house during working hours from 0900hrs to 1700hrs on all working days including Sunday & all Holidays. (vii) The Contractor will provide insurance cover of minimum Rs 5 lakh per head under IE Rules 2003 and Minimum wages Act.

(viii) The Electrician and helper will be interviewed by JE E/M /Engr-in-charge for verification of experience, character and sound mind and body. (ix) Cost of materials for laying of cables, stretching of OH conductor, burnt out joints, fuse wires, insulator and jumper will be measured and paid separately under relevant items as Material & Labour. (x) The contractor will have to provide additional resources as per the direction of Engr-in-Charge for speedy disposal of complaints as and when required. If any manpower is absent penal charge @ Rs 1000/- per person will be levied to the contractor. Penal recovery @ Rs 500/- per complaint per hour will be levied from the contractor in case of late attending of complaint after reasonable time or 2 hours whichever is more as decided by Engr-in-Chage / GE (xi) The scope of work cover all complaints received from above concern power houses will be lodged/docketed/attended/completed. The completion will be rendered on complaint register as well as on docket.

Nature of fault may occurs given below :- (a) Blown out fuses (b) Faulty Insulator (c) Loose GOD male & female contact (d) Fault cable joint (e) O/H conductor broken (f) Broken jumpers (g) Tightening of stay (h) Stretching of broken loose fault conductor and binding on insulators up to 3 span (j) Contractor will provide all the tools such as HT/LT meggar, Insulation Tester, Wrench, Rope, Bamboo ladder, search light and other tools and will maintain them in working condition all the time. (k) Tightening of service connection as preventive maintenance (l) Proper Uniform shall be provided by the contractor for pers employed on duty as desired by Engr-in-Charge. (m) Tracing fault manually in LT/HT electric lines and underground cable network (n) AC Complaints like connection / disconnecting

(o) Fault HT/LT switchgears (p) Switching ON/OFF street lights at appropriate time as directed by JE/Engr-in-Charge. Penel recovery for Rs 100/- per day will be recovered if street light not put ON/OFF at appropriate time. (q) The area covered under the above power house consists of HT/LT overhead lines. HT/LT underground cables, distribution transformers, HT/LT switch gears, streer lights etc, including HT 11 KV incoming and numbers of outgoing HT feeders for the complete area. (r) Any other electric complaint which is considered essential by the department. (s) Confirmation on completion of any nature of major complaints will be intimated to JE concerned to the area or Engr-in-Charge immediately. (t) The contractor will observe all labour laws as prevalent during the currency of work enacted by Central/State Deptt as well as Labour Commissioner Act. He shall also ensure, payment of minimum wages to the persons employed as per labour laws in vogue.

(u) Insurance, Education Qualification and experience certificate for the personnel employed on duty shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge before take over the installation. (v) The contractor will provide the rain coats, gum boot and hand gloves in winter, summer & rainy season. (w) Contractor will have no rights to object the work carrying out by other contractor at substation or HT/LT distribution system of the power house area under comprehensive maintenance. However necessary handing taking over the assets will be carried out between the agencies. (x) Contractor will provide vehicle (3/4 wheel) for attending the complaint under above power house area.

Material and labour in replacement of broken earth pit of size 300x300x300 mm made of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate, and earth pit cover made out of RCC 1:2:4 type B1, cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm centre to centre both ways with handle made out of 8 mm dia bar, watering arrangement with funnel and wire mesh and including reconnecting of earth lead of any type with new nuts, bolts and washers as required at site with testing result all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repairs of stay by tightening of stay wire after untying the conductor spans from the poles to make correct tensions and maintain verticality of poles, including re-jointing the conductors in position with new binding wire all as specified and directed.

Repairing of existing unserviceable PCC coping of LT/HT pole by breaking completely and material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1, (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 400X400X300mm including form work and applying two coats of white wash all as specified and directed.

Labour only for carry out visual inspection of transformer once in month including minor maintenance like dusting ,tightening of loose connection HT/LV Side and replacement of aluminium terminal and checking of transformer oil level ,top up if required ,checking of silca gel ,heating/replacement of silca gel all as specified and as directed.T&P required for the job is deemed to be included in contract. The record of the same will be submitted in the performa as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Trimming of Tree branches falls into OH lines of HT/LT & minimum clearance of 3 Mtr from branches ,proper shutdown will be taken and maintained in the register complete all as specified and as directed.

Maintenance of sub Station including cleaning In /out of surroundings areas, zeroing of grass in two pole & four pole str ,loose filling of sands/pebbles around 2/4/6/8 pole structure ,operations of GODs ,Measuring of earth resistance of transformer,GODs ,LA & Switchgears ,Records of Earth resistance will be maintained all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down security light, street light, hanger light, flood light and high mast lights of any type at any height fittings such as HPSV/HPMV/MH/LED light of 48 Watt/ 60 watt / 70/72 watt/ 90 watt/ 120 watt/ 150 watt/ 200 watt and 300 watt of any make etc. AC 230 volts any wattage from pole/wall roof top/hanger roof including washing/cleaning of perplex cover inspection for location of fault and replacing of defective speare/parts required for smooth functioning, tighting of electric connection complete and assembling and reconnecting all as per site requirment all as specified and directed. Note: Defective spare/ part of relevant light fitting shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only.

Material and labour in replacement of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) conductor of size 6/1 x 2.59 (Weasel) and 6/1 x 2.11 (Squirrel) or other existing type conductor ISI marked for LT over head lines on poles including stretching, tightining of poles insulator with winding wire of suitable size with insulator/streching of ACSR conductor all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour in replacement of 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated solid aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 meter apart including 4 mm GI suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 10 sqmm 2 core

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc and locate the fault, rectify the defect and relaying the XLPE cable underground PVC insulated and overall sheathed aluminum conductor heavy duty 100 volts including connecting and testing for any size complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Excavation/earth work & sand cushioning, bricks and joint shall be measured & paid for separately).

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep in loose/soft soil and getting out for underground cable/erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand and punning to provide required cover as per SSR part I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class precast concrete cable cover, class HV,Type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and laying in replacement of bricks common burnt clay sub class 'B' old size for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above from starting point complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour in replacement of cable end termination jointing kit HT 11 KV grade earthed system (heat shrinkable) outdoor type complete with jointing material suitable for HT XLPE cable 70-150 sqmm 3 core 11 KV grade earthed system incl taking down old unsv HT joint complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supply only for loose filling in substations, under poles, under transformers of hard core broken to gauge not exc 63 mm broken stone/boulders incl leveling and spreading lime stone powder and polythene sheet under stones complete all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm grade aggregate) as in coping, finished even and fair, including necessary from work all as directed at site.

Material & Labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive of one primer coat, one under and one finishing coat of aluminium paint all as specified including taking down the old unsv cross arms and misc accessories.

Supply only pouring new transformer oil as per IS : 335 (1993) for transformers installed at various site for topping up to achieve the di electric strength 60 KV at 4 mm gap, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Transformer oil shall be brought at site in sealed container from the original manufacturer and shall be opened in front of Engr-in-charge, Container shall be deposited by the contractor to the deptt, which will be returned after completion of conract.

Labour only in replacement of silica gel 4-6 mesh suitable for transformers breather and protect VCBs, RMUs from moisture at 11 KV stations complete as per site requirement complete, all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down old unsv GOD and Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of air break gang operated triple switch ( GODO) outdoor type , vertical mounting type of capacity 200 Amp with drop out fuse consisting 12 insulators ISI marked mechanically operated mounted on insulator and frame work with operating GI rods and mechanical work from ground level with locking arrangement including Godrej pad lock with two keys complete with fuse carrier and HT fuse element having upto 200 Amp rating suitable for HT 11 KV 50 HZ AC supply including necessary electric connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down old unsv LA and Supply, install, test and commission lightening arrestor suitable for HT 11 KV expulsion type 65 KA 11 KV rating complete all as specified directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LT line separators 1100 V grade PVC spacer to separate LT conductor from each other 4 line as per IS complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item ser No 54 here in before but for 5 line

Re-stretching existing/retrieved ACSR conductor on LT /HTpole and binding conductor on insulator properly using new binding wire/jumper wire complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Each Run of line conductor shall be measured & paid for separately.

Material & Labour for in replacement of steel nuts, bolts, washers of any size required at site as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of danger notice board/plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet , vitreous enameled red colour with letters, figures , and conventional skull and bone in signal white colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts approved size ofr HT 25cmx20 cm.

Supply in replacement of Tinned copper fuse wire of size 27/33 S.W.G. for GOD ISI marked all as specified and as directed.

All as per item ser No 65 here in before but for 23/24 S.W.G.

Supply only of PVC self adhesive insulation tape of Size .125mm x 25mm x 25 mtr long ISI marked all as specified and as directed.

M & L for shifting of transformers/RMUs/Stabilizers/VCBs/LT panels/HT/LT poles /ACBs/other mterials from one to another site/Power house/ store and remove the trees from HT/LT line by providing crane/hydra/JCB as required at site complete all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of bracket made out of GI tubing single piece not welded, bended at proper angle of size 40mm dia, light grade 1.5 mtr long including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to the bracket with clamp from juction box to connecter of street light fitting all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of MS clamp suitable for holding street light bracket on steel/PCC pole made out of 40 mm x6 mm thick flat iron with M.S nuts bolts 50 mm long 10 mm dia -3 Nos with flat washer 3mm thick -02 No for each including painting with aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer to the M.S clamps all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of extended spreaders link should be installed both side with exisitng/new MCCBs 4P/3P of any capacity with existing LT panels complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Chemical spray (DC 2.26 contact cleaner) in container of 415 ml/300g for precision blended multipurpose product for prevents corrosion penetrates, lubricants, displaces and seals out moisture release rusted mechanisum cleanese etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of fabrication of Kiosk box made out of fibre material complete with TPN ,aluminium bus and suitable for one number MCB (SP) including one No MCB (SP) 6 Amps 240 volts with glands for incoming & out going cable including fixing of flat iron clamps of size 20x4mm on PCC/Steel tubular pole complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB SP 6-32 Amps, 240 volt,10 KA 'C' curve including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MCB DP 16-40 Amps, 240 volt,10 KA 'C' curve including all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of single core PVC unsheathed multi stranded copper cable (FRLS) 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area 1100 volts conforming to IS 694 including electrical connection suitable size of lugs, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item ser No 70 here in before but for 2.5 sqmm

Supply and fixing in replacement of rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of dia 20 mm exclusive of boxes (Junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc.

M&L XLPE cable insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip of wire armored , electric power cable (Heavy duty ) with aluminum conductor 11000 volts grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core suitable for 11 KV earthed system incl taking down old unsv HT cable complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supplying and fixing in replacement of light grade galvanised mild steel pipe 80mm bore with all fittings, laid under roads, drain, paths, fixed to poles/walls with suitable mild steel clamps, bolts, nuts and washers all as specified and directed. Note:- Excavation & earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of this schedule.

Supply & fixing in replacement of Integral LED Flood light Luminaries 150 Watts consisting of suitable number of LEDs and mounted on MCPCB high pressure die cast aluminium housing with sealed toughened glass cover with secondary optics lens, IP 66 protection suitable for mast light mounting, 5700K, LED efficiency >130 lm/Watt and system efficiency 110 lm/W , 240 Volts AC, 50 Hz, CRI>70% operating voltage range 160 V-270 V, Power factor> 0.95, working temperature range -10ºC to 50ºC,built in surge protection of more than 10 kV , Confirm the tests from auth labs : LM79 & LM 80, incl proper fixing and testing of flood lights on 9/11 mtr long steel tubular pole and provide facility of power supply shall be provide as suitable for maint work of light fittings incl make proper connection of new and existing light fittings complete with cutting , welding , drilling holes, nut bolts, washer complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-PVC heavy duty conduit pipe along with 3/1 run of 1.5/2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed/sheathed copper multistranded conductor from MCB box to flood light shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply & fixing in replacement of LED street light fitting 90 watts made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high efficiency LEDs as lighting source and lens embedded toughened glass having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP 66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 consisting of suitable number of LEDs with sealed toughened glass cover, 5700K, LED efficiency >110 lm/Watt and system efficiency 110 lm/W , 240 Volts AC, 50 Hz, CRI>70% operating voltage range 140 V-270 V, Power factor> 0.95,mains current 0.270A, working temperature range -10ºC to 50ºC,built in surge protection of more than 10 kV, better optics for uniform distrubution with multiple LEDs not less than 2 watt each and having optical grade polycarbonate lens with all accessories , suitable for side entry, pole mounting with bracket arm OD 40 mm, recommended mounting height with suitable inground reinforcement is 8 mtrs, Confirm the safety test as per IS 15885 part-2 from auth labs : LM79 & LM 80, incl proper fixing and testing of street lights on 9/11 mtr long steel tubular pole incl make proper connection of new and existing light fittings complete with cutting , welding , drilling holes, nut bolts, washer complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :-PVC heavy duty conduit pipe along with 3/1 run of 1.5/2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed/sheathed copper multistranded conductor from MCB box to street light shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour in replacement of Bamboo ladder 24' height (24 steps ) for LT line and 27 ' height (27 steps ) for HT line complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-chage..

Supply and fixing in replacement of breather transparent type suitable for step down distribution transformers of capacity upto 200 KVA complete all as per specification and direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of breather transparent type suitable for step down distribution transformers of capacity from 200 KVA to 500 KVA complete all as per specification and direction of Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for repairing the GOD mechanism pipe and handle lever, etc. by way of welding, greasing and including supply and fixing of new male and female contact incl taking down complete all as specified and directed

S & F self-fusing Ethylene Propylene Rubber(EPR) based high-insulating voltage tape of width not less than 19 mm and thickness not less than 0.75 mm of any length to protect HT/LT XLPE cable from moisture and current leakage complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Supply and fix in replacement of stainless steel flexible conduit of size 10 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply in replacement of HT discharge rod 11-33 KV FRP type with all accessories complete all as specified and directed

Supply in replacement of HT rubber hand gloves 11 KV with electrical insulated latex seamless complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing maintenance free batteries of capacity 2V 100 AH and testing complete all as specified.

S & F in replacement Voltmeter analog type for voltage range of ( 0-500 V) complete with all accessories and wiring complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement stainless steel cable trench cover plate having thickness 5 mm complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement 3 phase electronic trivector meter ER300P class 1.0 accuracy bidirectional energy recording CT ratio 100/5 A 415 V used in 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing of existing automatic boost/trickle battery charger cum tripping unit of 24V 100AH and replacement of unsv parts complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Ammeter analog type for current range of ( 0-500 Amps) as per matching to existing with all accessories and wiring complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of DC power pack having AC input 90V-270 V , DC output 24 V with battery 7AH in steel body complete as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of indicator lamp set( set of three i.e R Y B) all as specified

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including all fittings and fixtures such as switches, pendant, lamp holder, socket outlet, etc and removing unserviceable materials from site of work and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors with cement mortar and white/colour wash to match with existing surfaces etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete All as specified and as directed.

M&L Gunitting work for RCC work as in columns, beam, slab, perapet, chajjas etc by removing all loose concrete on the reinforcement, cleaning the surfaces with wire brushes and reinforcement with sand papers than applying apoxy paint to rusted reinforcement and S&F welded wire mesh fabric size not less than 95x95x3 mm on the prepare surfaces and finally applying guniniting 30 to 40 mm thick (average thickness )with presure gun using 1 part of cement and 3 part of coarse cement incl necessary form work where ever required all gunnited surface shall be brought in complete geometric figure even in the guniting opration only complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Where new or additional reinforcement is required the same shall be paid for separetaly of this schedule as above.

Easying of steel doors and steel windows shutters for easy closing/opening, tightening of hinges, or changing the postion of hinges, adjustment of tower bolts, sliding bolts with new screw etc incl welding complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Rotational moulded Polyethylene (HDPE) Water Storage Tank 500 LITRE Capacity (Cylindrical Vertical with Closed Top), Black in Colour, Three Layered Construction, hoisted and fixed in Position all specified in MES Schedule Part-I, including tank nipple, union and Lowering of unserviceable Water Storage Tank with Float Valve of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth with 8% nickle . 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staple complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PVC (SWR) bends of 110mm radius with rubber ring, joints, laid in trenches or in floors fixing and repair etc all sped and directed.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub-Class ‘B’ bricks (with old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness including nanital or similar pattern roor coverings all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note :- The amount of Rs 70815.00 against Schedule of Credit on Srl Page 159 to 161 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted against Sch 'A'
