Infrastructure Renovation of Kandarpur Degree College, Kandarpur Cuttack under the component Infrastructure grants to Colleges under RUSA for the year 2026-27

Dismantling and removing R.C.C columns, beams, slab, staircase, landing, lintels including stacking the useful materilas for reuse and removing the debrises within 50m lead etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and removing R.C.C. Chajja, Shelves, fins and parapet including stacking the useful material for reuse and removing the debris within 50 m etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentalling of brick or stone masonary in lime or cement mortar under 3mtr. Height including stacking the useful materilas for reuse and removing the debrises within 50m lead etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentalling and removing doors, windows and ventilators including removing the frames hinges fastening and stacking the same for reuse and refixing them after necessary repair etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismentalling and removing lime concrete flooring 7.5 cm to 10 cm thick including stacking the useful material for reuse and removing the debris within 50 m lead etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in foundation in all kinds of soil including earth mixed with boulder (except sheet rocks and boulder requiring blasting) with all leads and lifts including dressing and levelling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads and lifts including cost of all labour ,T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers not exceeding 22.5cm (9") thick including watering and ramming with cost conveyance, royalities, taxes of the materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & applying of pre-contruction Anti - termie treatment by drilling 12 mm dia holes at distance of 30 cm @ junction of wall and floor about 300 mm aprt deep enough to reach the soil below and chemical emulsion (PREMISE, IMIDIACHLOPRIED 30.5 C OF BAYER MAKE mixed with 47.5 ltr . water ) pumped these hoels to soak the soil @1 ltr. soulation of each hole as per manufactures specification and the holes should be pluged with filling material including cost of all material, labour conveyance and hirign charges of mchinaries all taxes as per direcion of EIC. a). Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40 mm down graded of crusher broken hard granite stone aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry for cement concrete work including hoisting, lowering and laying in position in layers with proper packing and ramming by means of vibrator to proper slope and level including cost of curing for 28 days, conveyance, royality , taxes of all materials required for the work, running and hire charges of machineries and all T & P required for the work, labour charges for the work complete in all respect as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. a). Ground Floor

Fly ash brick masonary in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth and basement and ornamental flower bed plinth moulding and similar such types of works with all necessary projections using fly ash . bricks of 9"/10" size having a crushing strength of not less than 35kg/cm2 including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc., complete including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour required for the work with all taxes and royalties etc. with all T&P complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
