(Excavation, earth work, bricks and sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F on pole/wall/in panel/with fabrication of stand, sheet metal enclosure, Bus bar chamber consisting 4 pole 200 Amp 415 volts aluminium busbar suitable for connecting cable as a junction including connecting of cables with suitable size aluminium thimles, cable glands including earth work, PCC &connected items for fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old surface of steel tubular pole any size and type of poles and applying two coat aluminium paint over red oxide primer and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint with black & white or yellow colour strips 30cm each up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC foundation block and numbering of poles with synthetic enamel paint white in 80 mm high letters 150 mm above the top strip complete all as spd and directed by Engr in charge.

Dismantling of cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc and complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of ACSR conductor of any size and capacity including connected items from over head ines complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement street light timer, single phase for 8KW light load comprising of nature switch, contactor and MCB housed in a pole mountable enclosure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Make : Swadeep 02EC 8KW1P/ or equivalent in / Indo Asain/ Bajaj/L&T/C&S.

S & F in replacement street light timer, Three phase for 8 KW light load comprising of nature switch, contactor and MCB housed in a pole mountable enclosure complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing pole mounting box of size 300x200x105mm, shockproof, dustproof, wheatherproof, including pole mounting arrangement such as clamp made of MS flat 25x3mm size & nut bolts and washer, four way connector suitable for three phase supply, MCB SP 2.5A B cure, as per IS 10192 including taking down the old unservicable pole mounting box complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth; or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable etc. in soft/loose soil, & getting out including taking out old brick or precast cable cover for reuse complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for pole pedestal (PCC) including necessary form work etc complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for sand cushioning with dry coarse sand to under ground cable around the cable after laying the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M & L for brick protection with old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat , length of bricks across the route of underground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade for protection of cable laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directred by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement GI pipe 80 mm bore light grade for protection of cable laid under the road / laid under the floor or in trenches complete all as specified and directred by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for boring holes under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by manual means suitable for passing GI pipe 80 mm bore and making good both the ends complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Note : A sum of Rs. 61,250.00 will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
