Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description, not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level) and removing the same from Site(s),complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 Type C-2 (40mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in sub floor, sub bases, floors,roof etc.,omplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 Type B-1 (20mm Graded Stone Aggregate) as in sub floor, sub bases, floors,roof etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F vitrified tiles tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tile n.exc. 0.36 sqm, in floor etc.,set and jointed in neat cement slurry over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement with pigment to match for laying floor fineshes & including Dismantling of old Ceramic coloured/ printed non-skid tiles of any thickness including cement morter bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to the stores and rubbish off the premises.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Ceramic coloured/ printed non-skid tiles of size 7-8 mm thick( square / rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n. exec. 0.18 Sqm laid as in floors setting and jointed with neat cement slurry over & including 15 mm thick screed bedding layers of cement sand mortar ( 1:4) and pointed with coloured cement to match with surfaces of tiles & including Dismantling of old Ceramic coloured/ printed non-skid tiles of any thickness including cement morter bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to the stores and rubbish off the premises.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Glazed Ceramic Coloured Tiles, 450x350x7mm thick, set on Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado, etc,over and including 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in White or Coloured Cement to match the shade of the Tiles, & including Dismantling of old Ceramic coloured/ printed non-skid tiles of any thickness including cement morter bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to the stores and rubbish off the premises.complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for precast cement concrete louvres and jallis, 25 mm thick(measured solid) of type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate and set in cement mortar 1:4),preparation of surfaces,primer of surfaces new surface including all moulding but excluding frame complete all as speified and directed.( Work has to be done inside shaft above ground floors )

M&L Providing precast cement concrete in win-dow or door,cills,lintels columns, posts,boundary pillars bed plates,pintle blocks, type B-1 1:2:4(20mm aggregate) a with plan fair faces including chamfers weatherings,throat-ing etc.and setting in motar complete all specified and directed..( Work has to be done inside shaft above ground floors )
