Providing, laying, spreading and compacting machine crushed stone ballast of approved quarry of 22.4-53 mm size to water bounded macadem of G-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with steel roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming crushable screening material i.e. stone dust to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density including cost of all material, T&P etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, and applying priming tack coat with bitumin VG-10 using bitumin preassure distributor @ 0.20 kg/sqm on the prepared granular surface treared with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic Broom. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying & rolling of open graded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness composesdof 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm Aggregate using VG-10 grade Bitumen to required line, grade & level to serve as wearing coarse on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable Hot Mix Plant, laying with paver finesher and rollling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 tone capacity, finished to required level and grades.as per MORD technical specification no 511.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of premix sand seal coat with hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonne/hrs. using crushed stone chipping 6.7mm size with VG-10 Grade bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type B as per Technical specification clause - 513 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reffectorising glass beads @ 250gm per sqm. Area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing of eflective Raised Pavement Markers (Cat Eye/Road Stud) raised pavement marker with Made of Plastic body of RPM/ Road Stud shall be moulded from ASA (Acrylic Styrene Acrylonitrite) or HIPS (High-impact Polystyrene) or Acrylonitrite Butadiene Styrene (ABS) or Any other suitable material approved by the Engineer. The Marker shall support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. The Reflective panels shall consist of number of lenses containing single or dual prismatic cubes capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face. Lenses shall be moulded of methyl methecrylate conforming to ASTM D788 of equivalent. The slop or retro-reflecting surface shall preferably be 35+1-5 degree to base and the area of each retro -reflecting surface shall not be less than 13.00 sq.cm. the marker height shall not be less than 10 mm and shall not exceed 20 mm & Width shall not exceed 130 mm. The base of the marker shall be flat within 1.3 mm all road studs shall be legibly marked with the name, trade or other means of identification of the manufacture. epoxy installations, excess adhesive around the edge of the marker, excess adhesive on the pavement and adhesive on the exposed surfaces of the markers shall be immediately removed. The contractor shall submit a two year warranty for satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer. In addition, a two year warranty for satisfactory infield performance of the finished road marker shall also be given by the contractor who carries out the work of fixing of reflective road markers. In case the markers are displaced, damaged get worn out or lose their reflectivity compared to stipulated standards, the contractor would be required to replace all such markers within 15 days of the intimation from the Engineer, at his own cost. The rate shall include all materials, labour, T&P, transportation, installation and incidentals all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (With Shank)

Supply & fixing of Bollard made (Single Side) out of 2mm thick aluminium sheet face to be covered with high intensity prismatic grade type IV sheeting. Legends, letters, numerals and borders etc should be as per MORTH specification No-801.3.7. Welded poly shaped to make it monolithic pillar size 1200 mm high Bollard is having a frame 900x600 mm and 600 mm dia for Gation made out of 35x35x5 mm angle iron complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

The solar studs shall be made of Aluminium alloy and poly carbonate material which shall be absolutely weather resistant and strong enough to support a load of 13,635 kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Its colour may be white, red, yellow, green or blue or combination as directed by the Engineer Its water resistance shall meet the requirements of IP 65 in accordance with IS:12063.1987 category 2 for protection against water ingress. The dimensions of solar studs shall not be less than 100 mm×100mm×10 mm. It shall have super bright LEDs so as to provide long visibility from a distance of more than 800 m. Its flashing rate shall not be less than 1 Hz. Its should be able to give the prescribed performance in the temperature range of 40°C to +55°C. Its life shall be not less than 3 Years. The rate shall include all materials, labour, equipments, fabrication, transportation, erection, installation and incidentals complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
