Providing manpower for operation and monitoring of all equipment related to MGPS system and maintenance as per the schedule given. The rates shall include deputation of 02 technicians in each shift for all the three shifts and 01 Supervisory Staff in General shift to attend Day to Day complaints, servicing of MGPS equipments, Monitoring of LMO and Operation of Oxygen generator plant. The rates shall also include all the charges i.e. ESI,EPF,bonus or any other miscellaneous charges which shall be paid from the contractor to the Technician. CENTRAL OXYGEN & NITROUS OXIDE SUPPLY SYSTEM: CMC of Oxygen & Nitrous Manifold as per system details mentioned below :-

Main Oxygen Manifold for 8 + 8 Jumbo cylinders & it's control panel (without Cylinders) (Qty - 03 Set), Nitrous Oxide Manifold for 2+2 Jumbo cylinders & it's control panel (Without Cylinders) (Qty - 02 Set) Portable Cylinder - 15 Nos The CMC of Oxygen & Nitrous Oxide manifold includes Emergency Header Shutoff Valves, NRV, Pig tail pipes, Adaptor nut,Header Frame, Mounting brackets,Middle frame for right and left Bank with chain arrangement for holding the cylinders, Safety Valve, Valve arrangement with NRV to Change over from Main Manifold to Emergency manifold.The CMC consists of repair/replacement of all items as mentioned above and consumabls like,O Rings,Seals,TeflonWasher,adaptors, diaphram etc. The CMC of control panel includes Repair/Replacement of Regulator,Solenoid Valves,NRV,Isolation Valves,Relief Valves,Pressure Gauges, Pressure Sensors,Cylinder Bank connections,O-Rings ,Seals,Control PCB,LCD Screen and also any other electrical and electronic components. Compressed Air System : CMC for the Complete Compressed air system including , Medical Air and Surgical Air system, Air dryers with all its accessories and parts, spares and consumables .The vendor should also undertake all the preventive maintenance schedule including all consumable spares as mentioned in Scope of work. The CMC for Air Compressors includes repair and replacement of any Mechanical,Electrical & Electronic components ,Piping/fitting works without additional cost for Air Compressor including Motor and Compressor bearings,Motor windings,V Belts,Angle supports ,Belt Guard ,Silencer,Cable Tray ,necessary part of compressor, Pressure switches,Pressure relief valves,pressure gauges, Air filters.Complete details of compressed air system is mentioned below :-
